Customer service was fantastic here in both the reception and the bar. Has an Amusement and a table room which u have to be over 14 to use and accompanied by an adult which i didn't realise and my sons 13 😔 also doesnt have a fitness room or anymore (just to say) The itself is a great spot to pitch up due to the prime location in Arbroath. It offers many things for families including a large park with crazy golf and go carts (junior) a cinema, jumping joeys (large soft play area upto age 12) and pleasureland which offers dodgems, waltzers and many other fun things. Arbroath also hosts many options for couples or adults of any ages including Arbroath FC, Tutties Neuk (Amazing food and outstanding Customer service) Cinema and a wee bit further along there is the harbour, many eating places like Auld Brewhouse (Highly Recommend) pubs and the Webster theatre. Its definitely a good spot as has everything close by and to top it off if ur partial to eyeing up the odd train 🚆 it has the perfect spot! I enjoyed capturing the Caledonian sleeper in all it's glory as the sun was just rising! Anyhoo... hope you enjoyed my review 👌🫶 Nothing against the park but 2 paticular staff members at the swimming have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. A child had been sick in the pool. I asked the woman working what happened, and she reluctantly told me that the child had been sick. When I asked why hasn't anyone been told to leave the pool, she replied, "It wasn't that bad." I'm so appalled that the rest of the swimmers were allowed to continue swimming while one of the life guards dived in the trying to scoop up the pieces. I will never return to this disgusting establishment. It's not the fault of the child. These things happen. it's the way it was dealt with. I have edited my review to 5 stars as the is no longer open, and I don't want my star rating to affect the actual park, which is lovely. I have previously taken my son and his friends down to the entertainment here, and even as locals not staying in the park, they welcomed us, and the kids had an amazing time. Poor experience have been on this in previous years with my hobbie and it is all grass pitches now all of a sudden they don't have any pitches that accommodate a hobby and door is on the wrong side there is campers in there picture with the door on the same side also has the excuse that if the is not busy I can come on well if you cannot accommodate me when you are busy don't accept my money when you are not busy this is verry old and out dated excuses when we know what the problem is ( discrimination to a certain life style) so if you are any one with a continental touring van you cannot book as all of above stands with door and size and cannot accommodate Absolutely lovely park had a great time. Biggest let down is there is no cash point/atm and they have an arcade that makes no sense to me no wonder it was empty. Glad they have a lift if your disabled to get to clubhouse but who would want to travel to Asda to get money out for a few games in the arcade. Management take note!!! very nice place but a amn named rylyn son was knocking on my and running away and then he stole my little duck brother and took him to the beach Very good experience however there was some young males throwing pancakes and duck feet at me and my family of quacklings NO SWIMMING ON SITE! has closed up in 2022 this information is not well highlighted on their website. Low voltage restriction in all caravans which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. You are force to choose between your heater or kettle as both will crash the fuse box. Arbroath is not a nice location for holiday makers. The town has not much to offer and becomes very boring quickly. Fabulous ,staff were really lovely and helpful. The was amazing, clean to a high standard ,very modern. The facilities were very good on and off site. Short walk into town of Arbroath beautiful parks and lovely fishing harbour. Lots to see and do.
