We’ve been shopping here for over a year now and regularly visit every couple of months for food, fish, plants, maintenance and supplies. Really well stocked. Really friendly staff. Got so many nice here and a lot of oddballs which are my favourite We visited here for the first time the other week to get my daughter her first goldfish. We saw many dead floating in the tanks which my daughter found quite upsetting, we were also offered zero and i found myself having to ask questions about how to care for the rather than being offered advice. The man that dealt with us didnt seem very knowledgeable and it wasnt until i got home that experienced friends told me that contradicted what was told to me by this store and have since proven true. I feel that their standards could improve and perhaps offer more to first time owners so that you can make sure the you sell are actually well cared for. Great shop, staff very helpful and knowledgeable, very good selection of fish, plant food, treatments, etc etc bought plants and also food for my aquarium all quality products Brilliant shop, I buy all my and accessories out of here. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are always friendly and helpful when looking for advice. Loads of choice. Great selection of tropical fish. Never anyone around to help. 🙄 I do wonder how much business this place looses because of the complete lack of staff. Or alternative ways to order?
