Went for the "Crazy Golf" Great fun, even though it rained for a period of fun. Didn't dampen our spirits, though. Went to meet relatives at their caravan. The site was Well kept and they had a lovely view from their caravan Couldn't fail the service and attention from the staff. Very busy private function and run very well. Just perfect for what was required. All facilities were immaculate Swimming review. Great facility great staff. Very helpful. HOWEVER 2 significant problems. 1. Leave shoes in the reception area. No shoes in changing room. Wet floors. We got wet socks in and out plus the reception had dirty floors so it was twice the issue. Crazy idea. 2. Design problem. Disabled people in particular but mothers with new babies etc need to walk the perimeter of the wet floor to access the steps. Designer needs a big word with themselves. Because of a disability we won’t be back. To hard with both issues above. BUT for families it’s a wonderful and area. Had lunch with my girl pals yesterday. Gluten free options were fantastic. Food quality and quantity perfect and service was friendly and very efficient. Travelled quite a distance to get there (unintentionally lol 😂) well done. We'll definitely be back. What a fantastic week we had at this well run park. Everyone was very friendly the staff were fantastic. As I suffer from motor neurone disease I was treated very well and never felt different from anyone else. It was easy to get around with my wheelchair. Will definitely be back Have been several times, breakfast, evening meal and also to the swimming cafe. All excellent and very tastey food, drinks coffeeetc. Staff are very freindly and helpful. The is also great especially to swim with our grandson. Great service and excellent quality food from the bar Great for all of the family Beautifully kept but football field being built on and other children’s area outside the actual park beside the restaurant. Poor for dogs with no open space left for dog walking - restaurant very limited and overpriced and food service stops early. No dogs allowed area which is really poor in this day and age. Great place very tidy and very well presented and maintained ended up buying a caravan lodge only fault residents should get the use of swimming and crazy golf for half price a lot of other sites do the same could also do with a snooker room Had occasion to visit swimming with my granddaughter. Unfortunately just before entering the she discovered she had started her period. Was amazed to discover that there were no feminine products in either of the toilets. Was eventually helped out by a lovely lady in the cafe otherwise we would have had to go home. Had a lovely time thereafter with swimming and golf. Could you please give consideration to supplying feminine products in toilets.
