Place is really grotty now, really grotty. Needs a good clean and that look like they actually care about safety and not just talking to their friends. This is a fantastic place for the kids. But as for sitting inside as an adult to wait for them it's not. The on the inside sells a portion of chips a little short of £5. If I go to a restaurant then I pay £5. No way am I going to sit inside and spend that money. I think this place is hostile for parents or grandparents, etc whowant their to have fun. I'll not be bringing the here again. I'm not a cash cow. Brilliant place for everybody. Lots of space in side. Air conditioning. Yes . Maybe a bit expensive but to be honest I think it's worth it. loved it. Me as mum too. I could walk around and keep an eye on them. very good and professional. Definitely we will be back. Good place for the children. Nice selling a variety of food and drink with a nice seating which has a class screen so you can watch your play in the trampoline area. prices are absolutely shocking 😲 Went today not been in ages brilliant place Great place for and adults. A lot of fun It's ok Very limited viewing that’s not ventilated, had no snacks left and no vegan or free from offerings at all. Edinburgh Ryze has a much better viewing area. Awesome, had a blast. Super friendly and great facilities. Lots of space and not overcrowded. Our 2 boys said it was brilliant, while the wife and I had a bite to eat in the which was very tasty. Can’t recommend this place enough. Well done guys. My great granddaughters birthday party had a fantastic xx Waiting got our jump time… we are in the cafe. We just spend 8.50 on a water, chips, and a strawberry jam sandwich. That is Not value for money. Great place for and adults of all ages. Very friendly, welcoming, and approachable staff. Enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves....... First with our 2 year old last week had a great time. Friendly Prices are ridiculous. £3.75 for smarties ice lolly but charge £9 entry. I appreciate these places have to make money somehow however its just insane the prices they charge for food/drink/ice cream etc. I should be used to it by now with having young but they are taking absolute liberties in this place with some of the prices. More fool on me for paying it. My loved it and to be honest, I had a bit of fun jumping around too. The fare is reasonably priced, £13 for 60 mins. When I arrived, I had to wait for other in my group and that encroached into our allocated time. However, the lad that attended to me was nice enough to add extra minutes to make up for lost time. Boing. (Not sure how to leave a review on a party) had my son's birthday here and i couldn't be more happy with everything! Conner done AMAZING! The second we walked in, he took over everything and made sure had eveything they needed right till the end. Thank you so much for everything! I was at this place Friday 24/10/25. It was for my grandsons 12th birthday. The adults waited in the cafe, this was the biggest disgusting and disgraceful experience I have ever had .staff member was rude, insulting and abusive to children. All the have autism, her words were they are not normal. She also physically had a hold of my grandson, he picked up sauce. She informed one mother that no hot food was available, whilst at the same served others who asked later chips. Rudely told parents to leave upstairs as it was closed about 1 hour before closing time. She then permitted others to enter the and served them hot food. This matter is not finished here. Due to physical assault of a child in front of his parents, grandfather, auntie and uncle aswell as other and parents. The of Rize itself were not in anyway involved in this matter as is independently run. Absolutely shocking that a bottle of water and a bottle of juice with 2 bags of crisps cost £8:50!!! Daylight robbery what planet are you on to allow this in a really grotty environment , the fact you have responded to other negative reviews on this matter months ago looking to improve your establishment but quite clearly have done absolutely nothing to rectify shows how greedy a company you actually are shame on you!!! Yes this was fun jumping around and bouncing on the trampolines when I went to do the trapeze I fell into the foam pit and was stuck almost suffocating with my eyes getting tiny specs of foam in them I was shouting help and I heard nothing back. About 1 minute later I mate a tiny bit of progress of getting out with my legs visible only (yes I was that deep) and all of a sudden a woman starts hitting my legs with a metal pole and I had to do all the work getting out with a woman hitting my leg (I have bruises now) i finnaly got out of the pit after grabbing the pole and making use of it. All they said when I got out is "are you okay?" That made my angry that they saw what I was stuck in and shouting help and all they do is say ok?
