Callum the and the other staff we met are welcoming, entertaining and at explaining the before you start. Good challenging rooms, done a few now and look forward to going back in the future to try the others. Highly recommended fun for all the family. We did the Christmas tonight and everyone enjoyed it. It was tricky enough but not too hard for the kids to get involved and enjoy it. We came first on the leader board which was a end to the evening. Callum is a host, very patient with the excitable kids and explained everything well. Definitely recommend if you want to do something different while you're are in the city. Fantastic experience! It was our first doing an and our Callum really set the mood well! We completed witchcraft in 59 mins! Will definitely be back to do other rooms! Went today with large group from work. So glad we picked this for our works day out, was such a fun day. We had 3 teams, each playing a different room. Callum and Abby were fantastic and really added to the experience. Everything in the was very well planned out and Callum and Abby were on hand to keep us going in the right direction if help was needed. Really want to go back and try other rooms. Definite 5star plus! A good was had by all, certainly recommended if within budget. The are good, and the staff are near perfect. As part of a work outing, we went for two - four in Overthrone and four in Witchcraft and Wizardry. I was in the Overthrone group, with a lovely whose name I have forgotten (Abby?) She explained the premise including the (minimal, but enough for a role-play) story, the safety information, and fielded our questions about the boundaries of the room, including anecdotes of prior guests defacing the to a degree thinking it necessary. Then we were given an hour in the room. The were all manageable for us, though one specific lock was enormously frustrating - not clear how to operate it. We were given further instructions, and only I had the magic touch. It was frustrating and not intended, yes, but contributes well to the - getting one a little out of our element. For the final puzzle, we needed a hint, and swiftly received it. We had a fun picture taken by our host. The other group more readily went for hints (their was linear, ours was not), and I believe had a similarly good time. Would happily go again to the other rooms. with Callum as our host...very friendly and funny. The was great, a couple of times we were a bit stumped but it was very well put together and fun. We managed to in 35 mins so made the leader board! Would definitely go back and do the other sometime. The were fun. We did Witchcraft and Wizardry. Challenging without feeling impossible. Callum was a host! Funny and he knew how to set the mood before we got started. There were toilets and lockers to put our stuff. Overall a place. Would definitely go back! We have just visited the Christmas themed with 4 rambunctious children. The story was cute, and the were a nice level of difficulty so that we could all participate in some way. Whilst I would have been happy to do this with a group of adults, this was also very family friendly. Callum, who was running the room, was very entertaining and very patient! We all really enjoyed it 😃 We received our places as a Christmas gift last year, thought we better finally do it. We weren't sure going in, but we all ended up loving it. It was fun trying to solve all the clues to lead on to the next one. Our Sahar was absolutely lovely and was there to give us a little hint if we needed one. It was a team effort and I would highly recommend 🙂 Just did the Witches and Wizardry for a hen party activity, and it was fantastic! The was cleverly designed with magical-themed that were just the right mix of challenging and fun. The manager’s sharp wit and sense of humour added an extra layer of entertainment, making the whole even better. It’s a brilliant choice for a group activity—I’d highly recommend it for a hen do or any fun day out! My girlfriend and I went here the other day and this didn't live up to other we've done in the UK. The wasn't greatly immersive and resembled more of a student flat than a prison, except for the 2 dog cages used as cells. There were too few in the room, with it resembling more of a game of hide and seek looking for the 5+ sets of keys. The that were there were also fairly easy and half of them were able to be guessed due to signs of previous use showing you the correct answers. The staff however were lovely, shame the wasn't a £50 experience. I'd recommend going elsewhere. Had a stellar at the new Christmas room!! We all had a merry time, enjoying the new as we had completed all of the other ones! Our Callum was a bundle of laughs and he was massively helpful and made sure we all were enjoying ourselves which created a safe atmosphere. All together a joyful experience! I went for my 24th birthday and we had a blast! The staff were extremely friendly and even played into our shenanigans. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would definitely come back to try out the other rooms! Thank you for making my birthday special!! It was really fun to do this with my family, and I absolutely loved the staff. I won't go into detail about what there is to do as I don't want to spoil it for you, however I will say that I did the prison escape. My first impressions of this place could not have been better. It's not a big business so the whole feels like they care about you and don't just want your money, would come here again. However, there are too many stairs and no lift due to it being a shared building rooms! Calum and Abby who were running the for us were fantastic and took the to get to know us and walk us through everything we needed to know. Challenging but not too challenging, but cannot praise the quality of the folk working there enough, we had a time!
