We wanted to hire bikes. 3 adults and 2 for kids. It was the 5th location on the same street. But the only one having for kids. Finally we found the right for everybody. But the was not in very shapes... I booked 1 day in advance via phone. No probs at all. Car park at the back is plus. was experience, way back on not so much as are in not very condition. Overall I would recommend this place. There is a car parking in the shop. The instructor spoke English very good, The takes about 1 hour. We use to return to the car (about 1.5 hour), The water was called. the view during the sailing is amazing. We rented bycicle here. The equipment was of quality, but the owner was really not nice nor welcoming. He didn't explain anything, we felt like he really don't want us there and gave us a really unpleasant feeling. Came from Israel 2 families with 2 toddlers. The service very pleasant and welcoming. And the guide Philip was very friendly and professional . Have us a tour guide on the view and spice it with history . Very experience Took the plastic kayak option for going down the river for 1.5 hours. The river was calm so it was just fine as I'm completely out of white water kayaking shape. The views were great and the level of equipment is as well. We booked in advance a boat for 2 adults+4 children+a ride on the way back. Upon arriving, the owner was rushing and pushing us to start the quickly since he had some more groups on the way. He didn’t speak English nor did he made he did any efforts to answer our questions. One of his young employees, young lady spoke a little bit of English but neither she nor anybody else from the staff gave us any instructions or guidance regarding the way back by bike. The guide was a nice 17 years old Slovak boy that almost didn't opened his mouth during the rafting. The itself was great. It was a nice sunny day and the view along the way was beautiful. Our problem arose on the way back. Since the path was a gravel road the that we were given were unsuitable since they all were road bikes. We also didn’t get any helmets. Worst of all no heads-up for the cation signs that should be noticed along the path. Unfortunately there was a downhill part on the way that that shouldn’t been done by riding but by walking alongside the bike. If there were any signs implying that, they were in Slovak. It happens that since we got no headsup regarding those signs and the were not suitable for the gravel path I fall down the together with a four years old child, and broke my hip. While getting back to the office I have addressed the manager drahomir and told him what happened. He was rude and it took him a while until he made himself available to listen. Even then he was impatient and behave as if it's no concern of his. Needless to say that there were no first aid equipment at the office and of course he didn't offer any help and assistance.
