The young men bringing drinks and food were very nice, super polite, and we got a receipt for everything - the only time during our stay. The staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Will definitely come back. We came here and ask for reservation. They say that they are working with first to come, first to serve. Even so, second day morning we were ask not to stay on the first/second row as all are reserved (around 64 seats). We had to move with two little kids. Expecting to find here a good place with good services for their customers. I’ll explain why: dear administration, if you lease a piece of territory from the city, this does not mean that you have the right to block people’s access to the sea and drive people out of there with the help of law enforcement agencies. By law, every person has the right to access the sea at least 6 meters from the sea line, and people are not required to pay for your sun loungers to stay there. And driving away elderly people sitting near the sea is generally beyond the limits of adequacy. 😑 We have made a sunbeds reservation with 7 days in advance and received confirmation via Whatsapp. When we arrived at the they told us that they have lost our reservation, since it was made so many days prior to our arrival. Instead, all the sunbeds were reserved for people calling the day before. They do not care about their customers since the manager told us that it is nothing that she can do for us. She admitted that it was her mistake for losing our reservation, however she said “there is nothing I can do about it, all the sunbeds are reserved”. A very bad attitude, would definetely not recommend. The manager is rude and can’t find solutions to fix her own mistakes.
