The location is only for private events, but you can always stop there to buy 1-2 bottles of and enjoy the view. I like “Pinot Gris” and “La Plage” rose. Everytime I am on the A2 highway I make a stop there to get good wine. They are also organizing tastings and tours of the cellar for groups of 20 people. A very good at the best price. They also have an online shop and the price difference is not that big. It worth taking the trip only if you order ~20 bottles of or more. A 2019 rose is excellent for lunch. You can get there by car, but remember, don't drink and drive. Bike is an alternative. Great and a wonderful tour of the winery. A Masterclass in How Not to Welcome Lovers I did something radical before visiting this winery: I checked their website. Yes, I know—how daring of me to believe their claim that visits were possible. I then drove a full hour, fueled by curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm to discover their and understand the domain behind the labels. Upon arrival, the scene was nothing short of cinematic. The place was utterly deserted, save for one lone figure who looked as if my presence had personally surprised them. Not exactly the warm welcome you'd expect from a winery supposedly eager to promote its products. When I asked for a visit politely, I was met with the kind of flat refusal that usually comes with a "do not disturb" sign. Apparently, tours are only for groups. I was a group of two, and clearly two too many. My enthusiasm, me having come from Italy, my evident interest in wine? Irrelevant. Rules are rules, especially when they’re designed to repel potential customers. It’s quite ironic, really. is meant to be about sharing, dialogue, tradition. Yet here, the doors (both literal and metaphorical) remained firmly shut. One can only assume that the philosophy of the place is less about craftsmanship and more about cold efficiency—industrial, impersonal, and strictly transactional. As someone who usually leaves a winery with a few boxes of (and a few good stories), I left instead with a very clear impression: if this is how they treat visitors, I can only imagine how they treat the grapes. A true missed opportunity—for them. I’ll take my passion and purchases elsewhere. Had a magical experience at Rasova. The place is full of peace and the smell of freshly cut grass adds to the charm. The view with the bridge is absolutely breathtaking. The are of excellent quality. I highly recommend it, both for attending their events and for tastings. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy great wine. Great experience, amazig technologies, great staff and very welcoming host. I am very pleased and surprised for the experience withe the new products. Am baut vinuri din toate colturile lumii, dar vinul vostru este de departe cel mai slab calitativ. Dupa 2 pahare de vin alb Sur mer chiar, un fel de top/middle gama, am crezut ca voi muri urmatoarele 24 de ore. Am fost la spital si ma gandesc serios sa initiez o procedura legala. Trebuie verificat nivelul de sulfiti din vinurile voastre, sau ce altceva adaugati, ca sunt de a dreptul toxice O locație excelentă, distracție super, într-un cuvânt întregul concept gândit la superlativ. Am fost nevoiți să dam cate 75 de lei 2 bucatele de plăcintă și puțin suc, cafea pe care aveam voie sa o consumăm intr un interval orar limitat. Trebuia să facem poze de la 3, ne a luat cel puțin o oră pe drum, iar ei la 5:00 ne au dat afara, spunându-ne că programul lor s-a terminat. Nu recomand, nu am apucat sa facem toți poze. Ospitalitate- 0. Cand au anuntat evenimentul de pe 26 iulie au dat niste indicii gresite. Dar nu am fost atat de destepti sa ne dam seama ca invitatul surpriza este Velea. Banii nu se pot returna....
