The cityhall and mayor do not care too much about this stadium, although it could be a great idea to attract more people to sports. In the past, it was the second great stadium from Romania, now it is just a ruin. Great place for handball and basketball This a good (but not great) venue for local sporting events. Regularly there are handball games played here. Currently there is no volley ball as it has fallen apart locally, but here's hoping this is just temporary. The venue is lacking in modernization and investment, though things are changing slowly. Recently they have upgraded the lighting and sound system. There is now a snack shop during games and they even have dancers during the breaks. But there is still room for more improvement. The seats need updating, the building itself needs a fresh lick of paint, the toilets need some attention, and while as stated there is a snack shop now. It really needs to be presented better. Its not the small sized best sports venue, but it is getting better, and hopefully it it will continue to improve over the coming years.
