Mycket trevlig butik med tyngdpunkt på kött, chark och ost. Har även en del annat, som t.ex. honung. Mycket bra service - jag köpte en handfull "smakskivor" av ett par korvar, och det skars upp & paketerades med ett leende även om det bara blev några tior att betala - hit kommer jag gärna igen! I wonderful shop with great meat and a big selection of sausages A nice place to buy local produce. We often drive out here to buy steaks, sausages and other types of meat. Sometimes we also stop for lunch. The food in the restaurant is fairly priced, nice and very traditional - no posh Nordic cuisine here, but genuine local food. Go here for the meat and/or the experience! Oh and in the summertime you can see the cattle grassing right next to the farm. The shop make you feel at home the meet is better than best and the restaurant is wonderful and the food is served from the Hart. Huvudsortimentet är kött och charkuteriprodukter från egenuppfödda, frigående djur. Småskaligt, djur- och naturvänligt. Man har också samarbete med andra lokala producenter och säljer bland annat honung, marmelad, rapsolja med mera. En liten ostdisk kompletterar sortimentet. Butiken har mycket begränsat öppethållande. I skrivande stund bara fredag och lördag. Kontrollera tiderna innan besök! Vi var här och åt lunch. Mycket god mat. Vällagad. Mysigt, lugnt. Sunday breakfast was a total failure as turned out to be bad. Hence I used an old trick - fill a bowl with cold tap water and place your in it. If they sink to the bottom and lay flat on one side, they are and good to eat. A bad egg will float because of the large air cell that forms at its base. Any floating should be thrown out. Eggs that I have tested were floating around the bowl.
