The restaurant is located right in the middle of the Sarantsi village on the main road in the old Post station building. The menu is very simple (it includes dozen options for pizza, salad and deserts), but the food is spectacular. The is one of the best I have ever had in Bulgaria. The crust is very thin and crispy; they use authentic Italian products (salami; mozzarella etc.) and dough recipe and the overall result is fabulous 100% authentic Italian (no different from the best pizzas I have had across Italy). For desert I tried the cheese cake with sour cherry jam, which was also magnificent and one of the best I have had of late (and I’m a huge cheese cake fan). Service is fast, polite and with a warm smile. Overall great experience and I’ll be definitely coming here again. We stoped on our way just by accident and this was top notch!
