The is awesome even in winter when is is icy and full of snow. The walking path around the takes the enjoyment to higher levels. Sognsvann is best place for relaxing near Kringsjå student house!!! The calm place that suits every person. I love to go here on daily bases. There is track for walk and jogging. One can also have grilling bar-BQ and small group open air parties. Different type of sports activities can also take place near it. Because there is sports school. One can have hiking here too. Nice place to spend time. Running, sledding, skiing, swimming etc. There's a small shop to get coffee ice cream and snacks. In summer possible to take a bath as well in the lake.
