The guy is very racist towards Americans. You have to pay the guy to camp with a tent inside his compound. Do not let the guy who owns the "moving ground" hustle you if you want to camp in a tent in thr field by the business. Very nice place to camp if yoy know what you are doing. Our reserved spot “was given away” for no other reason than he didn’t like us. He admitted this to us himself. I am so ticked off by the encounter my family had with this man that I’m still fuming(probably to his satisfaction) thinking about it 6 months later! I have decided to write this review (I never leave reviews) to try and spare someone else the hassle and inconvenience we had to endure. My recommendation is to check some nearby campsites over this unethical nightmare of a business. The Lake Murner camping area seemed very nice and the staff was kind, but unfortunately, they were full when we tried to book. Thankfully, our weekend was saved by a nearby facility with an accommodating and friendly staff. Stay elsewhere! You’ve been warned!
