Ramton Camping

Drammen, Norway RV park

One of the Best Places To Visits in Nærsnes Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Fabulous location, facilities getting tired. But everything you need for Fjord side holiday. Oslo Fjorden 🥰 amazing RV Campground by the 🌊 Lovely campingplace with a nice beach, a store and a restaurant. The toilets and showers were relatively clean. It costs extra to shower and you need to buy a card with ten 5-minute showers (you can of course take for example five 10-minute showers if you want) so it’s pretty expensive if you’re just there for one day. The bus to Oslo is just a couple hundred meters from the campingplace, and takes about one hour. We were here with a caravan during Oslo Pride and we were very satisfied with our stay. Only 21 degrees in the water though, so we choose to swim at Huk beach instead (24 degrees). Very nice camp site with some nice spots for campers and campervans with direct view to the Fjord. Very kind and helpful staff. Facilities are very clean. Stayed there twice on my Norway trip to north cape, one time at the beginning of the travel and another time at the end. I would always come there again. We stayed for 2 nights in a campervan. We were initially shown to a hardstanding pitch squeezed between two static caravans and asked to move to the tent pitch and so glad we did - it was right next to the fjord with beautiful views. Some facilities were new and took contactless, others required some sort of preloaded proprietary card which we didn't have. 55 minute bus ride into Oslo, bus stops right outside the campsite. I would never recommend. 600kr per day and that's too OVERPRICED compared with some of the camping places we have been to. No free shower, bad wifi, no playground for the kids and dirty smelly toilets. They don't even check if there's more toilet paper or if it's clean. Such a dull place but the beach is fine. Not a family friendly camping after all.
