Our lovely family day out turned out to be a complete disaster. We were the only customers there and yet we waited over an hour for food. The owner/manager just sat around doing nothing with 3 other workers smoking and eating whilst 1 waitress did everything. The manager was extremely rude. She didn't want to hear any of our concerns at all. The food was so salty beyond belief and not everything was as described on the menu. To top it off we were well overcharged and the apparent young owner followed us out still arguing. Her attitude was disgraceful just like our hideous experience. I strongly warn people not to come here! The food was not what we expected the service was very poor only I person working 3 or 4 staff doing nothing eating and smoking talk to owner only interesting in own voice we payed full price 0ver 600 zl for a 350zl meal at most not for US We visited today with our parents and young children. The service was slow and the food was tiny and extremely salty!! Almost inedible. I noticed when we arrived that there were no other customers which should have been a pre warning. Only 1 waitress was working. The managers and other staff just sat eating or smoking the whole time. When we tried to speak to the manager/owner she was very rude, extremely dismissive and argumentative. She was not interested in anything we had to say. We will never come back here and we will make sure others know how bad it is here. It's a shame as the surroundings are beautiful...it's ashame about the manager/owner and terrible food. On an end note we were overcharged but at least 200 zloty!! Paying 600zl for a meal that should've been a maximum 350/400zl. But we just wanted to leave at that point as the manager was still arguing with us. They don't care about their customers at all. Byłam tam pierwszy raz 9 lat temu, potem jeszcze kilka razy a ostatnio chyba 5 lat temu i zawsze było wow. Dzisiaj kolejna wizyta i to już nie jest ten poziom. Ceny bardzo wysokie w stosunku do jakości. W zasadzie dla osób nie jedzacycu mięsa nie ma prawie nic. Obsługa tez średnio - po karty musiałam podejść sama. Klimat nadrabia, ale jedzenie mocno średnie jak za tą cenę.
