The air conditioning of the was insufficient for this amount of guests and the size of the venue, so our quests complained severely for that issue to be resolved. Staff (including manager) has not respected any of our wishes - bride & groom were not looked after. There was a huge shortage of staff and therefore serving our lunch was delayed, there was no tea or coffee served, despite our prior agreement and lack of little spoons when serving the dessert. These mistakes should never occur in venues of that “calibre”. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. At first, when I entered their old and "restored" house, I was surprised by the strong and pleasant smell left by the cleaning products, and everything seemed clean. The doors are old and do not close properly, so I told myself again, "this is an old and this should be an experience", but even the bathroom door??! When the bathroom door is "closed", it still remains space enough to be seen on the toilet or when you take a shower!
