I have played many in Europe and this is one of the nicest course I played, including Spain and Portugal. It is Pinehurst of Europe, they should totally promote. Aside form the layout with heat view in the pine forest, the course was in shape I have not seen. Being October, both fairways and greens were immaculate. Greens keeper should be given medal. I think the sandy soils help but this was exceptional. Will definitely come back! There are limited number of rooms in the club house and they are very nice. Restaurant has great food too. August 25,26,27. we were a small group from Romania. on the last day I forgot my rangefinder on one of the golf carts after the round. A black and orange Bushnell. Matthew Correll. 8 of us just stayed at Penati Golf Resort and played both courses. GREAT EXPERIENCE! The play differently, like they should. Both in great shape and really fun to play. Staff was very attentive. The pro shop even had multiple marshals out in the to the speed of play up and to make sure we we okay. We will return soon… Course in perfect condition.... we loved it as not overcrowded as well... Fantastic golf course. In pristine condition. Some very interesting holes. Played it twice recently. Would definitely go back. Legend course, heritage wasn't open. Incredible. Live TV, pro tour worthy and lovely people. I played the Heritage and the Legend course with a group of 9 and it was an awesome experience. Very few in Europe would match up to the beauty and quality offered at Penati. And after each round we had very good food on the balcony overlooking the 18th on the Legend course. Such a wonderful couple of days! Haven't tried golfing here but the course appears to be well kept.
