The staff member sitting at the front was on her phone, talking to someone, not paying attention to customers before we went all the way up to her. I felt terrible for the animals, in most cases there were dead fish on the floor of the tank, or floating in the water, algae everywhere, The walls were dirty, spiders and spiderwebs in the corner, and the place looked very unkept in general. Dette blev sagt til personalet der helt forstod hvad der blev sagt, ej heller kunne forklare sig andet end med at fiskene var blevet “sprøjtet” og derfor flød rundt med bugen opad. Øv for en oplevelse. Kan absolut anbefales. Lillgrabben upplevde stället som dassigt. Fiskarna och krabborna mådde dåligt och rörde sig knappt. Det sämsta akvariet vi varit på. Dieren worden slechter onderhouden, het glas van het aquarium is vies, zeer weinig vissen. Valt zeer weinig te beleven. Belachelijk dat we met 2 volw en 2 kids €30 kwijt zijn!!!! Små akvarier var beskidte og de fisk der skulle være der, var der ikke. Meget dårlig oplevelse, beskidt og grønne alger på glassene, fiskene så ud til at trives. Der var mørkt og beskidt over alt. Vedkommende ved kassen, snakkede i telefon, og ænsede os nærmest ikke. Så 0 stjerner herfra, hvis det kunne lade sig gøre..
