I have never seen such rude as the old guy ( obviously the manager/waiter), during the time I was waiting for my coffee I wanted to ask him if I can deduct the price I paid for the toilet, he started to scream at me that I'm impatient and at the end almost kicked me out of the place. Please tourist, avoid this place!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Rude!!!! Maleducato!! The bartender was so rude. We asked 2 espresso and I was telling him one is caffeine free. When he started preparing cafe I saw that 2 normal espresso so I asked him again one is caffeine free. He said “ TOO LATE!!!!!!” And started yelling to us. Wow! for one coffee? So upset? Is that normal?! I told him many times!!! so rude. First time in Austria. One coffee “to go” costs 3,60 euro same as saved at tavole. Bad experience. The accommodated me last minute. The coffee was good and the Linzer Torte was quite good. It is more an Austrian place than Italian as it says. But I would give them a 5 for their hospitality! They put very little amount of toppings on my pizza. I personally found it too thin as well. The bruschetta didn't have any garlic on it. The water was drinkable. We had to wait really long to get our stuff. Frechheit! Extremely rude staff and also forgetful! We asked for water five times, they noticed it, wrote it down and ignored it. Later they charged 0.90cents for a glass of tap water which they brought half an hour later. They mixed up table numbers and brought stuff we didn’t order. The started yelling and we left. Visited the place last weekend with a company of friends. The food is quite mediocre, but good for the price. The staff though was extremely arrogant, our waiter, a middle-aged man, even made a scene and in general behaved inappropriately which ruined all the impression. First of all, when he was checking our vaccination/test certificates, he in a pretty much straightforward and rude way demanded a test from a friend who had a Janssen vaccine (which only requires one dose), saying it was not enough and she must have two doses. Then when we ordered two pizzas to share and four sets of cutlery, he asked if we ordered one pizza for four, we repeated that we need two, and eventually he brought us three pizzas and three cutlery sets! And claimed arrogantly that we ordered three and he even made sure, and now he doesn't even want to hear anything about it. We were trying to keep a polite conversation with him and told that we ordered only two pizzas, which obviously made him furious and he grabbed the third pizza, rolled his eyes, hissed "Bitte" and rushed away. Then he was ignoring us all the evening, never answering on our needs and in the end sent another to give us a receipt! We have never come across anything like this here in Austria and in other countries as well. Something must be done with this attitude!
