In the morning we found it out in e-banking, that we were charged twice. We returned the next evening to the caffe to confront the waitress Bianca. She called by phone her manager, took our contacts, that they will contact us. We offered, that we can make the very same order this evening, "for free", because we had payed for it already. She refused it. We left dissapointed. Until today no contact from them.
