Very good garden with not bad kitchen, clean rooms and polite staff You never expect to find something like in a village aside of all main roads. The place with the garden is like a piece of paradise. It is really a pleasure to come here at a summer evening and enjoy not only the tasty food but as well as the noise of the artificial waterfall and the atmosphere around. They have outdoor and indoor swimming pools (that inside is a bit small) and very nice children's corner inside. The hotel is fine. The room that we were in was not well maintained. The bathroom doesn't live to our expectations. Otherwise the room was vast and tidy. The restaurant is good but there aren't many vegetarian options for those who are interested. I guess they are making their living from events. There was a wedding while we were there. They informed us about it when we called for reservation. There is a pool, which isn't well maintained as well. The hotel park is huge and tidy. There is a space inside and outside at the park. There inner pool and spa that we didn't used. The hotel room was great and clean, food in the restaurant was also ok, nothing fancy. The SPA and pool part where total sh**. The pool outside was being repaired, the inside one is very and for children only Location wise it's fine i would say. View and atmosphere are good and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Now having said that the prices were a bit too much for the food considering the food choice and variety were lacking, the rooms were ok, nothing special but good enough i guess, the service was lacking for sure with a couple of forgotten and late orders but at least they were polite enough about it. The overall experience was fine. You should never ever visit this place!!! We have organised event, I am not just disappoint… even I have no word… worst party ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disappointed, and as I can see, as most of the visitors of this hotel. Dirty, smelly rooms, awfull smell coming from the bathroom and the whole sewage system, super expensive bar. Food was ok, spa is quite cheap made. Let me just tell you one of the many dirty things these guys and their boss did. We had a camp there, with lots of kids. The water at the first day at the bar was 2 Lev for a one and 3 for the big one. Since the didn't have a chance to drink from an outside tap water (чешма) because there wasn't such thing in the whole place, they had to buy it from the expensive bar. THE NEXT DAY the water was 2.90 and the big one was 3.90... they saw that the need water, and will buy big quantities and they did it on purpose. They sabotaged the poor kids.. I'll let you guys think if these people deserve their hotel to have even ONE visitor. Yaev, go hide somewhere. Definitely not recommendable. We are totally disappointed: the rooms and facilities are very old and dirty, the pool was not cleaned at all and there is even a little frog swimming inside it. It's totally overpriced: rooms, food and drinks (big beer for 4.90lv in a village, seriously?!). The food comes very often cold and after a serious delay of at least 1h. The waiting times are hilarious: 45 min waiting for a coffee and a beer and then went to pick it up ourselves. We also cleaned the table ourselves even though we asked 3 times 2 different waitress to do so. It looks like a training place for young waitress as they were totally overwhelmed, slow, inexperienced, unattentive, impolite, useless. The manager is completely useless too - he is present almost all the time and unsupportive - neither of his personnel, nor of the guests. It's is nice to have the playground but it is self made and not safe with a lot of sharp edges and splinters. The only positive thing is the beautiful, big garden with awesome flowers and arches. But it all gets spoiled by the unprofessional attitude and overpriced place.
