Had a great time with our almost three years old kid. It is kids friendly complex and small kids go for free. Very nice kids with fresh warm mineral water. Nice areas with umbrellas and sunbeds. Very modern entrance and payment control. There is also a great indoor area if you get concerned about the weather conditions. Free parking and easy access. Staff available, friendly and well experienced. Highly recommending this place for a day out with or withoit kids. Ah, the epitome of quaint grandeur, this minuscule resort nestled in the heart of Bulgaria's rugged mountain ranges is nothing short of a hidden gem—or, more aptly, a diamond-in-the-slightly-smudged-rough. Upon entering this oasis, one is immediately struck by the staggering modesty of its facilities, which seem almost too humble for one’s lavish sensibilities. The pool, while more petite in size than the grand lagoons of larger, more ostentatious resorts, possesses a certain je ne sais quoi—perhaps the way its waters glisten in the midday sun like a sapphire amidst the stony embrace of nature’s formidable mountain sentinels. Ah, the mountains! They rise around the resort like protective guardians, offering a view that one might generously describe as “adequate.” The air, crisp yet not without the subtle whisper of adventure, invigorates the spirit, though it fails to completely overshadow the gentle hum of the local insects—no doubt present to remind one of the raw, untamed wilderness that surrounds this bastion of civility. The resort's amenities, while few in number, are lovingly described as "rustic." A single outdoor café provides nourishment, where the menu, a study in culinary brevity, showcases dishes that are undoubtedly a nod to local tradition, if not to international flair. One may, perhaps, find solace in a modest plate of shopska salata, its ingredients likely plucked from a nearby village market. In conclusion, this humble resort may not boast the sweeping extravagance of global destinations, but its appeal lies in its charming simplicity. Here, the discerning traveler is invited to relish in the unhurried pace of life, content in the knowledge that, for a brief moment, they have experienced Bulgaria at its most... unrefined. This place is heaven. It's super clean and friendly stuff. The moment we entered, we were greeted and felt welcome. We spent the whole day here with our nine-month-old baby. There is a kid's area and an adult. The food is delicious. We are coming back. Exceptional Experience at Terme di Hisar I recently had the pleasure of visiting Terme di Hisar, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The facility boasts crystal-clear waters and a variety of pools, each offering a unique and refreshing experience. The spa services are top-notch, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. One standout feature is the poolside bar, where the bartender, Dian, truly enhances the experience. Dian is not only incredibly kind and helpful but also always ready to engage in meaningful discussions to ensure every guest’s needs are met. His attentiveness and willingness to clarify any uncertainties about the location make the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Terme di Hisar is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The combination of pristine pools, excellent spa services, and outstanding customer service sets it apart as a premier choice for relaxation and leisure. Our recent stay at this new was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we arrived, the host’s warmth and hospitality put us immediately at ease. The level of service was top-notch; it was evident the team’s focus is on ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. A standout feature of this was its numerous swimming pools, offering both hot and cold water. It was a delight to have a choice between a refreshing dip in the cooler or a soothing soak in the warmer one. These facilities, coupled with the serene natural beauty surrounding the site, created an atmosphere of relaxation and rejuvenation. Every corner of this was a testament to thoughtful design and attention to detail. It’s clear this site has been crafted with love, and the effort put into making it a great place for camping is obvious. All in all, this has exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern comfort. The host and staff have truly outdone themselves in creating an inviting, memorable, and high-quality camping experience. We can’t wait to come back! The tiles around the and the relax area were slippery even when dry. They are wiping them all the time, but that doesn’t even start to solve the issue. I managed to avoid a fall until I didn’t. I can see that many other guests have had the same feedback, but no action has been taken about the issue. It’s very dangerous and it’s irresponsible of the management to ignore it. I couldn’t enjoy my time there. Amazing campsite. It has all the stuff a needs. Electricity, clean and waste connections, huge kitchen/dinning area, clean sanitary facilities, laundry room, barbecue area, kids playground and across the street you can let your dog to run freely. The SPA zone offers several and saunas. It’s end of the December now and we enjoyed only the indoor SPA facilities. We are sure that during the warmer months will be even greater. And the best part is that all this is included in the overnight fee. You don’t have to pay any annoying extra charges. Will definitely visit again. The outdoor environment is fine and nice. The two indoor are actually one, since they have the same water: the small is the drain of the large one, so they have the same temperature. The entrance to both is a steep, vertical, slippery and extremely dangerous ladder!!!! If you slip and get your foot caught between the wall and the railing, you may suffer severe bruising, or worse, a broken bone, or the bench will break your tooth. It is not possible to sit inside the pools, there are no benches, nor or air massage, nor even mixing or waves. Not suitable for swimming - you cannot sit down, guests can hang around or walk in the water, which is extremely boring in cool, cold, windy weather. The staff doesn't even care about you, they don't take into account that you're only wearing a bathing suit and you're wet, they walk in and out in sweaters and joggers, they open the door, hit on you - bring a warm bathrobe and a cap, otherwise they'll freeze you without any remorse.
