Παρέα 7 άτομα και ανάμεσα στα άλλα παραγγείλαμε και μια σοκολάτα για παιδί 8 ετών. Στην μικρή δεν άρεσε και ζητήσαμε ευγενικά από τον σερβιτόρο αν μπορεί να την αλλάξει. Εννοείται δεν ήταν υποχρεωμένος να το κάνει, μας είπε όμως ότι θα συνεννοηθεί με τον υπεύθυνο γιατί δεν γνωρίζει αν μπορεί να το καλύψει. Επέστρεψε, μας είπε ότι όλα οκ, συμβαίνουν αυτά, μας έφεραν το νέο ρόφημα, τους χιλιοευχαριστησαμε για την εξυπηρέτηση, ΠΗΡΑΝ από το τραπέζι την πρωτη σοκολάτα κι όταν πήγα να πληρώσω τα χρέωσαν και τα δύο γιατί τελικά δεν γινόταν να το καλύψουν... Δεν είχα την απαίτηση να μας κεράσουν επειδή δεν μας άρεσε το προϊόν, ούτε να το χρεωθεί ο σερβιτόρος. Μπορούσαν να ενημερώσουν και να αποφασίσω εγώ αν θέλω να χρεωθώ δεύτερο ρόφημα ή όχι. Δεν έγινα φτωχότερη που πλήρωσα μια σοκολάτα παραπάνω, και χαίρομαι που κι επιχείρηση δεν έπεσε έξω λόγω της πολιτικής αυτής.
