Before the started, we weren’t given any context or background about the story – no explanation of who we were, what the mission was, or why we needed to save anyone with a serum. During the game, the puzzles felt overly complicated and often illogical, with some clues being more misleading than clever. Signage was confusing, which made progress harder than it needed to be. We were also told we’d receive a group photo at the end, but it was never sent. Overall, it lacked immersion and clarity – unfortunately, this only earns two stars from us. Harry was our amazing games host! We absolutely loved the Unicorn Inn games room, and completed with just seconds to spare! Our age range 16-41, and highly recommended for all! Thank you Harry, we will return for another fun room! 😀 I’ve been here twice, and each has been such an entertaining and enjoyable experience. I loved escaping the Da Vinci with a little help from our master, Arwen, who was very professional and a brilliant 😄 A group of 3 of us visited to take part in "Framed and Forgotten". Hannah was a - friendly and welcoming when we arrived, explained the instructions well but without giving the impression that she was bored of giving the spiel for the millionth time! She also played her character role really well and helped to enhance the (first I've done with character acting). The concept of the story was well thought out and engaging, lots of varied puzzles for different participants to be working on. Nothing so difficult that you become disengaged or frustrated, all able to be solved with a little nudge in the right direction from Hannah! We had another incredible at Ipswich. We have done almost all of the rooms here. The rooms are brilliantly thought out getting you thinking with lots of fun and surprises along the way! Hannah has been our many times over the years and she truly is a credit to the company! She is a brilliant and a very good actor ( some might say a bit too good haha)! Thank you Hannah for everything you do and to all of the other staff who are always friendly and helpful! Fantastic evening! Thoroughly enjoyed being “Locked Inn” have been to other rooms before but thought that both the building and the itself were above other experiences. Games masters Harry and Faye were very both welcoming & helpful. Will definitely be back! Our family of 5 did the beginner 'Contagion'. We had fun - there were lots of engaging puzzles and plenty for our boys (aged 10-14) to get involved with. Our was welcoming and friendly. value for money, family fun, and would definitely come again! We had an amazing at Locked Inn! The setup was immersive, with just the right amount of eerie atmosphere. The creepy background music really set the tone. The puzzles kept us engaged from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Faye, who was an excellent host! They have all been well thought out and designed with props. Each is completely unique and whether working as a pair or in a bigger group, the rooms have definitely been a good challenge.
