Had to change rating as just had worst customer service ever. Group of girls booked game. After changing 3 lanes, wasted waiting for ten-pins to be reset as each go we had fault. We had to chance several times due that and in the end we cancelled and asked for refund. Not only that we couldn’t play, wasted and haven’t even gone through a go without issue, we have been advised that these lanes are faulty and they will be replaced next week. They haven’t refunded us and let us book a on faulty equipment! Disgusting and disgraceful. We ended up using machines. I have visited previously and had no issues. Enjoyed my time, but this experience was below any customer service. Management was rude and unprofessional. One star for Ninja Tag. It was fun. I would only do one if it’s for adults as without air conditioning it’s super hot. Still had to reset because something wasn’t working. So watch out and think twice before going to this place. We came here on an idle Wednesday. Was a nice place to some for a fairly affordable price. There was a few of us, and the were very accommodating also. It’s an easy way to waste an hour or two while in Ipswich, plenty of to before and after in the arcades, also with a cinema next door, reason to get there early and some games. Will be back, A nice and variety of things to do. alleyway almost every brakes down,or hiccups happen. But definitely a important part of the Ipswich Town centre vibe and entertainment. Give it a go if you didn't, so far. We been tens of times and still going. Friendly fair prices nice day out with Don't go if you want to take the even semi-seriously! It's fine if you want to randomly chuck a ball about. Should the accuracy of the scores mean anything to you (like a works competition for example) then go elsewhere. The pin machines are poorly maintained as about third of the 1 or more pins were on the floor before your first shot. Most times, it didn't register when the 7 pin fell, so we missed out on being scored for strikes and the boost this gives to your total. There were no around to ask and no way of fixing it yourself that I could see. It seemed very expensive for this standard, but I haven't been for a while, so this might be unfair criticism. We recently had a birthday with the 10 for 100 offer. The service we received was brilliant. As soon as we arrived we asked for 3 extra bowlers so we got swapped to 2 lanes. Some of the bumpers were not available which was the only downside. Mangeress was extremely helpful and approachable and the workers providing us with drinks, certificate, sweets for the and our food. Hidden gem in the center of Ipswich. Worth a visit Absolutely love this place, it's undergone a transformation, looks so much cleaner and looks like they are starting to have some work done. Reasonably priced in the morning and food! Definitely recommend this as a family go to! Had a recent there, turned out firstly out or host nowhere to be found. Then we had to go and give all the details for food etc and names for the to start. Children waiting but didn’t start as the host was serving other people so we had to wait around. There was other but not enough for an all sat. Finally all ok. Asked for to have squash while playing they said they bringing it over, this was another member ring part host, she is still busy with customer, waited 15 mins an then had to go back ask again then host brought it. No apology. food was ridiculous. Fit for a 4yr old portions very tiny, had to take to eat elsewhere afterwards. Gave them the birthday cake expecting them to bring out with candles etc but no she just handed me back my cake still in box etc so I had to do it there. Brought over knife and only 10 napkins for 10 lol . Very thin tissue like seriously they counted 10. So even if I wanted to give extra siblings who came couldn’t as no tissue and but this I was done. This is not the first I had here but this is definitely the worst. Definitely gone down hill. Ok for , arcade etc. avoid and food. Reasonable range of arcade games, with choice of different balls. The queue to get seen was really long and after our we wanted to use the toilet and had to queue up another 10 minutes to get the toilet code which isn’t when you need to go. If you don’t like loud places this is not the place for you as people couldn’t seem to talk without shouting and there is loud music and machines. Parking is not on site and requires walking. Went here Thursday, first in Ipswich. Bowling was £2 pp per game.🤯 we played 2 then started playing pool which was also £2 per game. They played music, the drinks were value for money. £5 for doubles 😍. We left when they were about to close. Parking after hours was also £2. Can’t complain.. had a time. The employees were nice and friendly. Thank you. 🙏 Toilets are like an underground London nightclub at 4am in the morning. Loose fittings, no cleaning timetable, just absolutely rank. No running water , then I thought, nobody is able to wash their hands but the balls and the arcade machines are all things you must touch..we quickly left realising how rank the area was. I took my son and 3 of his friends to Ninja Tag and on Saturday. The were lovely and working so hard. The enjoyed all activities. But the toilets were filthy, not just a days worth of grime 🤢 We had a birthday for my son at ninja tag and he really enjoyed his time. We went to the arcades beforehand and there was a young man with long hair who worked there who was extremely helpful and professional and he supervised the ninja tag too and did a job. It helped make the whole experience for my son so much better and we really appreciated that. Visited for an impromptu afternoon of and arcade games. were friendly and helpful and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the and winning lots of tickets. Everything seemed a lot more expensive than when I used to go arcading as a child, but for a few hours of family fun on a Sunday this was a place to go. Myself and family visited this evening to two of which was enjoyable! I believe it must have been the Manager who noticed I’d purchased a couple of small £1 toys to entertain my disabled son whilst my partner was playing pool. The Manager went out of his way to give us a few more toys which I was so happy with and my son clearly appreciated this. He then went the extra mile and gave us two teddies! I wanted to leave this review as sometimes family days out can be difficult for us especially with our little one and they made this so much easier for us and I’m so appreciative this was recognised. Fantastic customer service! Thank you so much again. Always having a time. Thomas and Brent in particular are standout employees, making sure every customer is satisfied with the money they spent Came on Monday with my little one (6). We started off with bowling. Prices are usually crazy these days so to say my jaw dropped when I heard £6 as the TOTAL? Turns out they have a deal on for during peak times during 9am-11am for £4 per adult and £2 per child which I thought was amazing. I was served by a lady called Rhiannon. She was absolutely amazing! We only did one as my daughter gets bored very quickly. She then managed to spot the soft play, so we went in there and she got this little lunch box whilst we were in there which was £6 something, I believe £6.30 and she got four items of her choice from the fridge, a fruit shoot and a sandwich! She was very happy with it and so was I! What a bargain. The coffee was too. She had a blast in the soft play. The were very friendly. 1000% recommend!! I normally don’t do reviews but honestly after the amazing we had today I couldn’t not leave one.. From the very start of the visit were lovely and welcoming. We did and then the did ninja tag and they had so much fun, they asked to do it again so we will definitely be back soon. The lanes were really clean and kept coming up to the lanes to make sure they’re all clean. We also went on the SEGA arcade which they have a variety of! Even won something from the claw machine 😜 They had pool tables too and honestly there was something for all ages! There was also a soft but we didn’t go into as we had already done ninja&bowling . Thank you superbowl UK! We will be back 😃 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
