Thank you so muxh ladies ❤️ There was this b'day we attended at this place. It was very well organized. Quite a big place for to run around and play. They have a separate place as an eating area, where can enjoy their snacks without getting distracted. Sofia was our coordinator. She was the best, she bonded with the and with the parents as well. From start to end she was there. They also provided finger sandwiches and veggies. We booked a for our daughter's 6th birthday, and it was stress free from the ease of booking to the actual day. There are plenty of plus points to booking a here :- Easy booking system online and used a voucher from a previous for £20off. Was advised by staff to book 3/4 of guests in advance and pay for the rest on the day in case any guests are unable to make it on the day. Our had a membership, and we got an email the day before to inform us we had an upgrade on the and could either have bags or hot food, we chose the hot food and order process on the day was fab! We had 2 staff, Saira and Isla, on the day. They were and kept entertained. And we can't forget Gary! He is a top guy. He is always so polite, friendly, and welcoming on reception. We recently celebrated our daughter’s and had an absolutely experience! A huge thank you to our incredible animator, Lauren — she was truly outstanding! So kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. From the very beginning, she connected with the and kept them completely engaged and happy throughout the entire event. My and her friend had their joint 6th here today (10.08.24). Our host Izzy was fantastic! She was excellent at getting the together for dancing, songs and singing happy birthday. She was also very good at keeping us parents informed about what was coming next. Her energy never wavered and the were very happy with their extra presents. Food was top notch and there were even leftovers for us adults. Only booked the standard package but it was all we needed. Definitely the team here for parties. We had my daughter’s 6th at Partyman this weekend, and she absolutely loved it! The whole experience was — the pricing is really fair, and they make so much food! I actually had to encourage the parents to come into the room and help themselves 😂 Everything ran smoothly, and it was surprisingly stress-free for me. Our host, Saira 🤩, was so kind and thoughtful — especially with my other autistic child. She didn’t push her to wear a wristband when she was uncomfortable, and just accepted it calmly, which really meant a lot. All the had a brilliant time, and my came home beaming. I’d definitely Partyman for a fun, well-organised, and genuinely inclusive experience! As a regular visitor to partyman world Ipswich, I can’t fault the place, play facilities are fantastic, the staff are & enthusiastic, food is good. The always have a great time, I highly We took our 2 year old grand-daughter here in Saturday. We paid over £16 to get in but we were far from impressed with the place. As we arrived I asked about the carousel which was in with the price to be told it would be opening in 20 to 30 mins. We were there over an hour and a half and it never opened. It was very busy with parties but I don’t think any money is being spent on the up keep of the place. The floor was dirty and tables were not cleaned. The ball pool had minimal balls in it, the ball shooter was broken and the lego is so old it is disintegrating on the corners. The under 5 area which we have used previously has been reduced in size to make room for 3 rooms. This was a brilliant play area but is now in need of some money spending on it to make it value for money. As we left I asked about the carousel only to be told it opens as and when they have staff. We had seen 3 assistants doing dance moves with a party. Couldn’t one of them have opened the carousel. Please doing forget the people who have paid money to come in who aren’t attending a party! Had my son there today, and everything was amazing. Great snacks for the kids, a lot of space for them to run around. We had Sophia looking after us and we would like to thank her so much for everything. She's amazing, very polite, and funny, always with a lovely smile, the loved, she did such an job. Thank you again :) We had the children's last Sunday, it was an absolutely wonderful hire party, the food and service were exceptional, the danced, played and went on the carousel and had a great with the lovely staff. My son is a regular visitor here and we decided to do his 4th here. Lauren, our host, was extremely lovely and helpful with all the and she really went above and beyond to make sure the went as smoothly as possible. food was really good, much better than we were expecting and there was something for everyone. Would 100% Partyman Ipswich for a party. We visited today on a busy day as local schools were on a PD day. Even though it was busy the had a great time, toilets were clean and even though we were told lunch may be a long wait as everyone had orders at the same time, we didn’t find the wait long at all, and food was a reasonable price for great tasting food and decent portion sizes. We were also asked if anyone had a food allergy which was great! Carousel is really enjoyed and we love a dance-a-long too! Great team- Gosla, Maddie, Stacie, Steph & Gary.! Took our booking a short notice due to our original venue cancelling, next I will Partyman World of Play will be my 1st choice! Our host Lauren was fantastic, she was very welcoming and the loved her games and dancing. Lauren went through the schedule before hand so we knew what to expect and kept checking in with the "grown ups" whilst the were off having fun, thank you for all your help. I came today to keeps my busy and burn some energy. My youngest loves running around and has been none stop since we arrived. Even my older joined in. Definitely a place that the love. The service from gosla was polite and helpful I loved it so much! My 2 years child was so happy to be there. The young ladies who coordinated were excellent as well. I appreciate Saira and the other young ladies, they were all smiles and did a good job in helping the have so much fun! Will definitely be back! I recommend👍 Had my daughters hear she had great time. Didn’t need to worry about anything food included lots of choice. Host Saira very good. Kept amused got them on stage to dance. Would book again. My celebrated her with her friends in man recently. It was ,all the enjoyed a lot. Our host Emma made sure everything is in place. Other than the soft play there were loads of other fun activities to do too. We are glad that we choose Man for the as it was absolutely stress free for us as parents. I came a few weeks back for my nieces friend party, and the service was brilliant. The host Saira was so kind and attentive to our needs. She made sure every child was comfortable and engaged in the dancing, my niece adored her! Will definitely come again soon.
