I had a at Joseph Anthony of Springfield. Everyone was kind and polite and very welcoming. Lyss was my stylist. She was so nice and very helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but after looking at pictures I brought in and talking to me we figured it out. The results are absolutely beautiful and I love it. It was exactly what I had envisioned. I will always request her every I go. I had such an experience, I will definitely be back. My girl friend and I came for a girl’s spa day to decompress. From the moment we entered the spa area it was like stepping into another world. For my visit it started with a relaxing with a beverage, then a Swedish massage, after you have to relax in the waterfall waiting in between treatments, then I got a mud mask while floating, and finished with the waterfall to relax before leaving. I was in heaven. A truly beautiful to help heal the soul. Thank you My friend treated me to a Swedish for my birthday. I must say I throughly enjoyed my experience. My masseuse was friendly, attentive and brought really good energy. I like that they offer the before the massage. I’ll be booking again soon! I’ve been to spas all around the world and this is my absolute favorite. Their massages are just the absolute best. Their float packs are so cool and so different. You have to give it a try! Hello Everyone, It's my Birthday 🎂 I was so excited to come to this spa, this was my first here. Once I got to the property, there is so much parking, which I love and a nice scenery. I walked in and felt a nice spa feel. The lady up front greeted me right away, got me checked in and got my sandal size. She walked me to the women's changing and set me up with a locker. I changed into the most comfortable robe ever💕. There's calm music playing the whole and everything smells so good! Make sure you come 30min early for that eucalyptus (its free🤫).I got the whipped pumpkin cream float and combo. I thought there would be more to the float 🤔 but I still loved everything about it. Leighann was awesome she did a exfoliating scrubs and communicated the whole process. The pumpkin cream smelled so good and I fell asleep during my session lol.There transition is very nice with snacks, water, mimosas,champagne, tea...etc. along with a water wall. Britney did my and it was great. All the products she used felt good and smelled good too! I did do a chemical peel add on, it did have a burning sensation if I'm being honest, but she also communicated everything before it happened and asked me questions along the way. ALL the staff was nice and everyone kept checking on me, making sure I had everything I needed even if I wasn't there client which I like. The facility is very clean and I like that the staff is diverse as well. The only reason for my 4 star rating is because in some of the rooms, the ceiling looked like it needed to be cleaned, repaired or replaced. Because I was looking up most of my visit that's just something I noticed. I will definitely be going back to try other services❣️ service I had a prenatal with Jacqui. She was very sweet and attentive. She went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I’m glad she gave me her card since I hope to see her again! I had a fantastic signature and dermaplane with Angel today. My skin looks and feels incredible and my skin is glowing. Angel 10 out of 10 Kate is exceptional as a therapist, I’ve had many and by far Kate is a talent. She knows exactly where and what to work on. As an extra bonus she is sweet beautiful soul. It gives you enough to change & go to a cute little serene where you get a complimentary with the option of lavender or eucalyptus epsom salt. In addition, they offer you water, juice, mimosas or champagne. I enjoyed a mimosa while I soaked my feet in the warm water. It was a way to start off the & put me in a relaxed mood. After about 20 -30 min, my masseuse Jamie came and got me for my service (she was also my esthetician for my facial). Loved the massage, she asked what kind of pressure I would like and explained everything ahead of time. The was great, very serene, almost fell asleep several times. The warm bed was perfect & can be adjusted at any to fit your preference. I also loved the hot towels she used throughout the massage! After my I was taken to the brine where they have a Himalayan salt fountain and snacks ( the homemade chocolate chip cookies were delish!), so Jaimie could set up for my facial. After about 10 min she came back to get me for my facial. The brine was a nice & relaxing and perfect for in between services. The was also great, I loved the chest and arm that comes with it & the steam mask treatments throughout! Jaimie also was very informative & gave me product suggestions to help me get my skin care routine back on track. After the facial, I had the option of relaxing in the brine again, which I chose to do since I was super relaxed and a little tired after my services. While there, I laid back and enjoyed another mimosa. Overall this was a experience!! I will definitely return!! I typically go to a different spa in West Chester, but this will be my new go to & it’s a lot closer!! Also, I’d like to add that the locker rooms were & equipped with everything you might need like toiletries, hair products & even contact solution! The assistant Jamie also deserves 5 🌟 The brine is VERY RELAXING Had a couples and Andrew was wonderful. Had deep tissue and he was very conscientious to make sure I was comfortable. Highly him, as well as Joseph Anthony’s! I had the 85 min prenatal massage, + exfoliation and scalp with Denise. When I tell you it was THE BEST I have ever gotten!!! I was so incredibly relaxed and feel like an absolute new person afterwards. Denise is at what she does a true master, professional, sweet and super accommodating to all my needs. HIGHLY her!!! The location was also very clean, enjoyed a 30 min before my and a brine after. place and staff My first at the Springfield location and it was the most lovely! Victoria couldn’t have been sweeter from start to finish. She has such a calming presence and walked through each step of the so I knew what to expect! She also took the to write down skin care recommendations that we discussed during the appointment. 12/10 would a with Victoria! I will definitely be back to book with her again soon. Very caring very professional asked me how I was feeling asked me what I needed it. It was there 10 out of 10. I’ve now had laura as my masseuse twice and was very happy both times. She listened and respected what I asked her to focus on. The staff always goes above and beyond to make our wonderful! On a different note, we travel from Bucks county to your spa because of the exceptional service. I know the Center City spa closed. We’d love it if you’d open a location close to us. Liked the and the scrub, and the vichy shower. But I think there are some things that could be improved. For one, when you lie on your stomach, the head pillow is too high and is not comfortable, maybe they should use a small towel. I was also not a fan of the draping for the Turkish treatment, where I had to wear a paper brief and then also have a heavy towel put over that area, which got wetter and heavier as the treatment progressed. I feel like, they should give clients an option: full/over-draping, or only small towels or no draping when on the stomach and small towel when you are on your back (if not fully undraped). Gina was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable, and really worked on my tense shoulders! I feel amazing. This is a wonderful spa. They give a bath before going in, w drinks if you need it. Will definitely go back.
