The convention center is nice enough, but what was really the highlight of the was the ease of picking up all the race materials. It went super fast, and it was very easy for a race this large. This convention center has 3 levels of conference rooms that are fairly easy to find--thank goodness for the patient staff. The floors are carpeted to assist with acoustics, esp in the rooms. Central area carpeting is a vivid irregular bright pattern that can be challenging to people with visual and sensory difficulties. They offer Saxby's coffee for our group with several coffee options and snacks. They set up an additional coffee and muffins for sale. They have a huge huge gum ball machine that dispenses 2 gum balls for $1. The gift shop offers several Philly souvenirs like a T-shirt for my grandson. The gift shop connects with the print, copy, and mail shop. Accessible with heavy doors on several sides. Accessible with escalators and elevators. There's water fountains , but the bathrooms are absolutely discounting zero maintenence or attendance to the restrooms also some escalators were out of service. It has been my long-time tradition to attend this annual event, which gives me a dose of spring and floral inspiration. This year, for the first time, I met one of the award-winning floral designers of the show, Tissarose. I also enjoyed participating in the Potting Party hosted by celebrity designer Tu Bloom, the official Botanical Artist of the Grammy Awards, making an annual basket planter. This year’s theme, Gardens of Tomorrow interpretation, was fun and engaging. There were many beautiful, but not too many futuristic, entries. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that navigating the layout can be a bit confusing at first, but once you get your bearings, it’s a solid spot for any convention or event. The were kind and helpful, the food was great, and the restrooms were clean throughout the event. The meeting spaces were comfortable and well-maintained, making it an overall excellent for conferences. We had our EID here, and it was so phenomenal. The was wonderful, the place was great, just the two escalators was broken, and that's heartbreaking because it was over ten thousand people there, and i'm disabled, so I just took my time. large facility. Flower could be a little more organized like tattoo layout for less chaos, though. I always enjoy the vendors at these shows, too! Most entrances, however, seem to have steps, but there is an accessible entrance somewhere and elevators inside if needed. Went to the Philadelphia flower for the first since I was a little girl. Half of it was a flower and half of it was marketing. Ice cream and fudge just to name a few flower vendors. Expensive to get in for only half a show. A wonderful was that we got to pay five more dollars but we did love the exhibit of walking around catching butterflies with a Q-tip filled with pollen. Let’s not forget five dollars for a bottle of water! If you have AAA you pay one price. If you get them online, you get to pay another price that’s higher. For locals, this might be a fantastic trip, but for those traveling from far, like us, I would say it may not be entirely worth the journey. However, there were some unique highlights that I truly appreciated: The Indoor Plant Competition – This was the most fascinating part of the for me. The creative designs using tiny decorative elements were stunning, making it well worth seeing. Shopping Stalls – There were numerous vendors selling various gardening and floral-related items, adding a nice touch for visitors interested in shopping. Activities for Kids and Adults – The event had interactive elements for all age groups, making it a fun family outing. Live Butterflies – There was a separate attraction for this, but it required an extra charge. Since I’ve seen butterfly exhibits many times elsewhere, I chose to skip this one. Food & Drinks – One thing that stood out was the price of bottled water. A single bottle cost $5, which I found quite expensive. If you're planning to visit, bringing your own water (if allowed) might be a good idea. One important note: If you plan to leave for lunch and return, make sure to get a stamp at the exit to re-enter. For lunch, we dined at El Vez (121 S. 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107), which I highly recommend! The food was excellent, making it a perfect lunch spot after the show. While I wouldn't necessarily suggest a long trip just for this event, for locals or those nearby, it’s a pleasant way to spend the day. We’ve been attending for many years & never disappointed. It’s quite literally a mind blowing . Designer setting & pictures perfect opportunity & just 2hours away from NY, we do love coming to Philly at the beginning of Sping. We normally book a nearby hotel, they do have quite a selection. Tons of food options nearby & lots of other artsy things to see. usually runs for a week $ thus we happen to visit on day 3, Monday & absolutely loved it. I'm going to share with you an exclusive and detailed of the in comparison from 2024 vs 2025. As a middle aged individual growing up living in Philadelphia, the was a must-see experience! I grew up going to the with my dad. The between the younger me and the older me has never changed! I'm just as excited to the just like when I was younger. The pros from experiencing the 2024 & 2025! I'm going to start off by talking about the pros of 2024. 2024 was one of the best experiences only because there weren't so many people and you had enough to a vehicle. Especially when you want the to take photos of your favorite car. I enjoy taking photos of my favorite cars, cars colors, and themes. When there's too many people in the way it's hard to get photos because there's people constantly walking around! Nevertheless, I get the photo done. What I like to do in my spare is build long-term goals, short term goals with the experience. The Philadelphia is the best for a date, compromising on a future vehicle, or just building your dream car. Hint, you never know who you might run into there that is famous! Pros about 2025! My second year in a row going to the Philadelphia show, I met another celebrity! To top it all off they had different vehicles than before! As a plus they had side events such as the best eagles game wearing outfit. Another one was if you can hang on the bar for 2 minutes you win $50. Other than that, they was selling RC cars that was gas powered. The cons between 2024 and 2025. As a first mentioned I grew up going to the Philadelphia show. Back in the day they used to have two floors for the show. Now they only have one. Which is sad but it's still a fun to go to on a budget. Not to mention the car is in the heart of Philadelphia. Where there's no parking. There's only parking garages in parking lots. For a car enthusiast this would not be a problem because you love cars. The Philadelphia 2025 was the most crowded that I had experienced in quite a while but I still had fun. PS: ladies if you would love to take your man out on a date but don't know what will get him excited. I recommend the Philadelphia because you will see excitement light up in his eyes!
