We turned up with no appointment, we asked for a table of 7 and they kindly fitted us in. We ordered and we were all surprised at how quick the food came. I ordered the Irish beef and it was beautiful, full of flavour and very filling. We all ordered different things and everyone enjoyed their food. Facilities were clean and easy to access. Disabled should have no issues with access. There was plenty of parking and if my memory was correct the restaurant was all one level and toilets were also on the same level. I marked the atmosphere down as I felt it needed a bit more character to the restaurant. Great music 🎶 The only place I'll stay in Wexford/Oilgate. Made to feel instantly at home. Kathleen and Willie are the best hosts and make everyone feel like part of the family. I can't praise them enough. Thank you for making the weekend so special for Kimmie's birthday, I'll see you again soon ❤️ My 1st time eating there was blown away by the food definitely visit and eat there again A comfy, welcoming traditional pub. Try the bacon and cabbage ... its delicious and taste like it should! Very friendly and kind staff, lovely chats and smiles from everyone. Truly a welcome place to visit and feel at home by their wood burning stove. Plenty of parking at the back of the pub, easy access to main way as way of traffic lights. This is no stress place to visit and eat at. Great night, food amazing,staff were fantastic, wonderful people definitely stay here again in our motorhome great night.
