We got there hungry and late, that’s on us. The staff couldn’t accommodate us because we didn’t have a reservation. There is no phone number listed. A couple who had just finished eating offered us their table. The staff kept insisting they couldn’t serve us without a reservation. Were we there without kids, it wouldn’t have been a problem. But we were and the kids were starving. Nothing could be done. This is one long way of saying, don’t assume you can casually stop there on your way someplace else. If you find a number, call ahead - otherwise, look elsewhere! Кашкавалчето беше страхотно! The BBQ is a must place to eat when in Etropole. My friend's wife is a family friend of the owner and highly recommended we check it out. I'm so happy we did. I highly suggest making reservations. This is one of the most popular spots in town, and it was packed when we got there. Fortunately my friend had called ahead and a table was waiting for us. The food portions and quality are excellent. I would say the food has a Greek influence to it. All the grilled meats were delicious and grilled to perfection. The meats were juicy, and the seasonings were flavorful. We had the chicken, pork, and burger. We ordered the fried zucchini, melted fried cheese balls and ordered a few salads. We were stuffed after all said and done. So if you ever make it this side of Etropole make sure stop in and get some BBQ at THE BBQ. Nice place. Highly recommend. Tolles Essen mit einer engagierten Crew. Unfortunately, 2 times we come to Etropole and wanted to take a seat at this place, it was closed. So maybe something went wrong but it is pity that google sais "open" while it is quite closed. I am sorry for this review but it seems quite a challenge to find a restaurant in Etropole with decent food. Very good food and service, definitely recommend when in Etropole!
