We were immediately excited by the idea of the cooling mist – a truly wonderful and refreshing feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. However, our visit wasn't entirely smooth. Although we were early, the service seemed a bit disorganized. Later-arriving guests were served significantly faster than us, which was quite surprising. Additionally, some tables received a farewell drink at the end of their visit, while others – including us – were left empty-handed. This was a bit confusing and left a bad taste in our mouths. It would be nice if the service was the same for all guests. Another issue is the restroom situation. There are no restrooms directly in the restaurant; instead, you have to leave the premises and use a nearby public restroom. This is a bit inconvenient and something you should be aware of beforehand. Overall, the cooling mist concept is a fantastic idea and makes the visit very pleasant.
