We ate so well while in Croatia, but this was our BEST meal! We loved everything: the rustic farm surrounded by olive trees, the kind owners who, although it was late afternoon and there were no other guests, they immediately invited us to sit, and, then, there was the food... 🤤🤤🤤 So simple, yet soooo delicious! If you are in this area of Krka National Park, trust us, and do pass by for a meal! Do note that they don't accept foreign issued bank cards (10% tax is really a burden...)! Make sure to have cash with you then! Really nice dinner in the Krka area. We had veal risotto, cevapi, spaghetti and schnitzel. All were good. Nothing special, but good food. Service was great. There’s a little playground as well. It was totally worth the longer drive! The atmosphere was serene and authentic. The hospitality was great as was the food. We ate cevapi and sea fish and both were tasty and reasonably priced. The chips were particularly good. Would go again! Food and service was great. We visited the National Park Krka and found this spot for dinner after. Cozy atmosphere and a friendly staff. My dish was the Cevapi, and it was so great and well made. Worth the trip Absolutely charming place. Far from everything, peaceful and romantic. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Food is also good. There is playground for kids. This was by far the best food experience we had in Croatia. We will never forget this family’s kindness and generosity. It is worth the extra drive on your way to Krka! We were there at the beginning of the season in April and the restaurant wasn’t fully open yet, but they insisted we stay to eat and provided us with the best meal we’ve ever had, along with extra desserts from their daughter’s 18th birthday party they hosted that day! They even let us come for breakfast the next morning before our drive back to Zagreb and made a huge breakfast spread for us. Extremely reasonably priced and such a kind, friendly, welcoming family.
