This is an issue because they didn't explain to us properly the safety rules or the handling of the car, and it's in my opinion not very safe. I think at least having the rules and basic information (like for example what to do with the different flags) just translated with Google or DeepL would be a very easy and very helpful step. And it would have also been a much better experience if the staff would have been friendlier. We got a bit earlier so we managed to see two sessions. In both of them (including ours) the session was stop in the middle so one of the staff could just yell at everybody for a while. Based on the comments of other drivers as well, there was no reason to be this rude or aggressive (nothing really happened). Anyway, I tried to enjoy the most of an otherwise good track and kart, but next time I will be trying Mannheim's track or really any other. Hope this was helpful. Ich würde zu gerne 5 Sterne vergeben, doch leider und das zum zweiten Mal, hat mir und meiner Gruppe ein eher auf wichtig machender sehr frech werdender Streckenwart mit Halbglatze sehr unfreundlich auf kleinere Fehler hingewiesen welche als Gastfahrer noch nicht zu wissen waren.
