It is not maintained at all and it looks unhygienic. Wouldn’t come here for relaxation. The thermal bath was excellent. It helped me relax my sore muscles. The water was extremely hot and I couldn't stay in the pool for more than 7 minutes at a time. It's facilitates, pool and pool area were clean. beautiful nature, but garbage everywhere.... Nice area. There are some small swimming pools that doesn't seem like the water comes from natural thermal springs! Plus the last at the reception couldn't communicate in English. Loved it. Мајка ми престојуваше во рехабилитациониот оддел од бањата. Бев со неа да ѝ помогнам за да ги пренесе работите и бев ужасната од нејзиниот смештај, кој патем си го плати приватно. Ходниците беа застарени, многу ме потсеќаа на амбулантните ходници во раните 90ти. Иако беше во собите со “повисок” стандард, во просториите беше ладно, а кога си отидов ме извести дека во тоалетот имало бубашваби. Храната е, со оглед на тоа колку се плаќа, со низок стандард. Како за пример на еден од појадоците им давале само леб со сирење и чај. Не знам како е во другите бањи во Македонија, но оваа од аспект на хигиенски услови и стандард на престојот не би ја препорачала.
