Very good indoor place. one can have a good time here. I’m giving the place 2 stars and not 1 because the playground is good and is well kept. But the way customers are treated by the manager is a disaster. It really feels like the manager is an impolite police man that is always watching you. It is not allowed to bring water inside, which is appalling by itself (and buying a cheap bottle cost 2.90 euro). I brought sterilized water with me (which is allowed, thanks god!) for my baby daughter and was interrogated by the owner, who saw the bottle and didn't believe it is for the baby. It’s a pity that a place with big potential is ruined by poor management. Great place for birthday parties. The staff was friendly, the playground was nice and the food was good. I would rather recommend Ole Ole or Pinnochio. The guy at the reception was so loud, rude and unfriendly to the core. Never gave a chance for us to speak. When we were waiting inside at 6.25pm for our respective cars (because of the cold), he asked us to get out ("geh weg"). All the other staffs were good. Food was ok. Only because of this irritating guy, i will never go to Mannkidu. Very disrespectful stuff... The manager is the worst, he is very rude... I would not recommend this place for anyone..
