Wearing a hat is mandatory. They have a small balcony with sunbeds, so you can lie there during the warm days. No towels, no hair dryers, no keys for lockers, crowded, toilets are horrible, no locks on wardrobes, they turn off the lights 40 minutes before the end of the schedule. The itself was clean and well maintained. But everything else not. Very friendly personnel, always helpful and with great a smile. water temperature - just right, not cold, not hot. The water is warm enough and the area too. The wardrobe area is colder and is a bit of an issue during the cold days. The changing rooms could use a renovation. The staff is nice, the place is clean. One issue - they allow clubs to use the time reserved for individual (there is no individual 16-21 h. when the clubs are training), so there are often very few lanes left and it gets very crowded. Probably the best swiming in Skopje, It's clean. Horrible staff. I paid money for card like all other guests. I was thrown out because my suit was too long. At least I got a refund. The changing room stink and are dirty. If you look a bit at the details you can see that nobody really cares about this facility, just the minimum to make money, as in many other places. The only positive thing is the good water quality. The water is enough warm, clean and feeling great. According to my opinion only the dressing rooms should be improved.
