It’s nice place, but in the region you can find better options. Matter of taste. Spacious parking, small cafe and nice park nearby Excellent! We had never been to a spa complex this large. We enjoyed the sauna, as well as the private spa suite with the rejuvenation package. The whole experience was just perfect. Every detail was perfect. Will be returning. The thermarium has a good selection of warm baths saunas and steam baths. The price is reasonable as well! This time we got on time for the salt peeling in the steam baths and the pine sent sauna experience which was also great. The 4h ticket has always been sufficient for us but they also offer full day tickets for a bit extra. All n all a great spa day! Good place if you wanna spend some time to relax and enjoy the sauna and massage, pretty crowded everyday, parking place for the cars is big, the place is accesible by the bus 132. I give 4 star because i couldnt feel comfy overall, maybe because is to crowded and i couldnt use my phone, you have signal only in restaurant and outside. A very good therma in only 30 min drive from Heidelberg. We only used the swimming pool (it has indoor and outdoor areas. The water warm and very salty. The whole experience was very relaxing, exactly what you need after a busy day. Bring a book, enjoy the sauna, and live a little. This location is 5 of 5 A+++ nothing really negative to say at all so we keep the rating as high as we can but I feel like our review may help others make a better decision than we did as this place was not for us. Yes, it isn't the newest or most modern but staff is very friendly and does a great job with the upkeep and delivers a friendly and competent customer service! The website seemed slightly outdated and was sparingly populated with PHOTOS. It was difficult IMHO to get a good impression of the facilities. I was with three of our children (8, 10, 17 yro) and paid 60 euros. We left after 90 minutes of sheer boredom which took a bit of effort to stay that long. We intended on staying all day (12-19h) and although I was trying to get my money’s worth, in the end, the boredom outweighed the necessity to force value. Upon leaving I asked if we could pay by the hour instead of a “day pass” but they said all they offer are full day passes. No hourly rates although you are given a key card that registers the time when you enter and when you leave. Hourly rates are very common in German spas and wellness parks. The few pools they have are small, salty and heated. No 50 or 25 meter pool. No slides, kiddy pools or anything of the sort. That is certainly fine but I feel like it was difficult to get an overview about the exact scope and content of their offer and equipment. They call themselves a wellness and health park - so no false advertizing here but somehow I felt ill-informed as to what we were getting for that price. House rules are clearly posted and cell phones are taboo. I had a very important call to place and went to a far empty corner of an empty field and yet a worker came all the way out to ask me to end my call. Ok, my bad. My son climbed out of the pool to get a toy and climbed back in. No jumping, no splashing, no obnoxiousness. And yet a worker walked over and “yelled” across the pool to only enter and exit via the stairs. Ok, all good. Bringing and eating your own food is verboten and it seemed like they patrolled the area to enforce that as if eating that banana or a hand full of peanuts would hurt heir bottom line or restaurant sales. We weren’t there long enough to try the restaurant/food. If you are a septuagenarian with a good pension - this is your place ! If you have a family with children under 45 you may want to look for another place. I had a great stay at Thermarium. I was able to enjoy a variety of sauna events over the day. Hueseyin did an amazing job guiding us newcomers.
