At first glance, it just looks like a dirty swamp—very small and not worth it at all. At least, that’s how it appears from the outside. I didn’t manage to see anything inside. The staff is the worst I have ever encountered! Nowhere else have I ever experienced such terrible treatment of visitors. Here’s my experience: I found this place on the map and decided to visit. I called them, but they didn’t speak English and told me to write on WhatsApp. I messaged them, asking about visiting, and they replied, “Yes, of course! We are open from this time to this time every day, we’re waiting for you.” So, we made a special trip from a distant city. When we arrived at the gate, we saw someone and asked where the entrance was. He told us to wait. We waited for about 15 minutes, but no one came. Then we found a small entrance, walked in, and someone approached us, saying they were closed today. I wrote again on WhatsApp: “Why did you lie?” Their response was: “You should have checked our social media. Just because we said we are open from this time to this time every day doesn’t mean we are open today!” I didn’t even get a simple “sorry.” We had a wonderful experience visiting this farm! It was so special to see and pet the rescued animals – they were all so sweet and gentle. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and very helpful, which made the whole visit even better. There were also great activities to enjoy, like making sweets and even riding a horse, which made the day really fun and memorable. Everything was well organized, and we truly recommend this place. Os miúdos adoram.. os animais vão variando pois a maior parte são resgatados, um enorme obrigada a todos os que se dedicam a dar lhes conforto e carinho. Receção acolhedora e várias atividades a decorrer durante o dia. Vamos voltar com certeza... Foi a nossa segunda visita e, com certeza, não será a última!
