Suprantu, kad čia dirba jauni, dar nepatyrę darbuotojai, tačiau akivaizdu, kad jiems būtinas rimtas instruktažas, kaip elgtis nelaimės atveju. Darbuotojai ne tik nesugeba tinkamai naudotis įranga ar dirbti su pradedančiais lankytojais, bet ir visiškai pasimeta ištikus incidentui. Dukra, nemokanti čiuožti, buvo „nukreipta“ tiesiai į rampą, kur krito ir atsidūrė prūde. Ji klykė vidury vandens, o darbuotojo reakcija buvo – „tai ką man dabar daryt?“ Teko man pačiam šokti į vandenį ir padėti jai. Po įvykio – jokios reakcijos, emocijų ar pagalbos iš personalo pusės. Mergaitė patyrė kojos lūžį. Suprantu, kad darbuotojai jauni ir nepatyrę, bet savininkai privalo užtikrinti, kad tokie žmonės būtų tinkamai apmokyti ir žinotų, kaip elgtis kritinėse situacijose. So they kill the like this more & used less electricity..simply just make it not worth! Not recommend to anyone!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you have kids and want them to have fun, FIND ANOTHER PLACE. We had a family reunion coming from different countries, and booked 1.5h wakeboarding for kids to have some fun, but the owner of that place was screaming and cursing loadly at his employees in front of us and kids, constantly interrupting our wakeboarding for his needs, not caring for us to have a good service or experience. He told his employee to leave my child in the water during her wakeboarding because he needed something instead. We all were in shock and disbelieve.
