When you talk to the at the front desk they are helpful, and they also have training classes. Some employees are rude but most of them are nice and the lockers are on a card you get when you buy a entre to the hall over all a great place As long as there aren't too many it is nice for families and individuals. There is a shallow small with fountains and a jungle theme. This is our kids' favourite because they are not great swimmers and get to just play in the water. There is also one big slide that ends in a separate pool. My husband and I like to go to that and the regular which is usually not crowded. There is separate small for where they can practice with all kinds of aids and a slide. Sometimes it is not available because of classes held there. It's our kids' second favourite pool. And finally, there is a deep with a board. Board is not one of our interests but I've seen really enjoying both board and just in the deep pool. I would like the to be warmer in the pools because it is about the same temperature as in all the other pools and the can get cold pretty quickly. Big with 8 lanes to swim at. I go here with my 3-year old, and I really like their jungle themed area for the youngest kids. The is nice and warm and there is a lot to explore for kids, e.g. monkeys shooting at you, a bubble bath, a crocodile and elephant slide! The sound level is quite high, and there is nothing stopping older to run through and using the area so be aware. I also find it hard to find a place to sit in the without being in the way for the small ones, all parents are awkwardly moving around following super excited and slightly wild toddlers.
