Nice, colorful and attractive for children. But a bit expensive and not so big. Also not very convenient to go to on public transportation. A very good experience for indoor especially in winters. The only downside is on the weekends when the number of and families visiting is quite a lot. Always dirty and massive amount of kids. It just gets more and more expensive each year. Small parking,no spaces on the backside. when we where there we ordered food online and still had to wait for 1 hour for 3 meals. No information from staff. No respond on mail from them. The playground is nice for kids. But the service needs improvements. When the are hungry and you have them wait for so long its not fun for anyone. Aging and not maintained. See pictures. Water leaking, zip line broken, aging materials, air hockey tables broken, race slides broken, air canons have lost all oomph. In the years we have been here only the merch shop has seen changes and regular freshening, the rest is just falling apart. What a place! To be a kid again. My girls absolutely enjoyed themselves. Let's just say so much so by the time we left they were all ready for bed. The indoor play area is pretty huge with lots of slides. They even have a smaller area for children 2 and younger. My 2 y.o. had a great time there, though I personally only lasted 2 hrs, crazy noisy and loads of kids. Be prepared! I enjoyed that all equipment was in good condition and I felt it was safe for my kid. 5 stars, we will come again! Our today's (8.5.2023) visit was a complete disappointment for me and my 2 kids. There is a renovation ongoing and about 50% of the area is closed. But the company happily charges you the full amount without a warning (neither online or at the cashier) - only few leaflets with corporate talk ("we are preparing new attractions for you") - not a word about severe limitations. The toilet smelled awfully (around 11:00, the one with elephant), was in bad condition + missing diaper changing place. Also the air in the whole playground, especially the toddler area smelled bad and was heavy. Possibly due to malfunctioning air conditioning? Despite the playground was nearly empty (literally <10 in a whole building), the food preparation (2 fast-food items types from the menu) took 25 minutes. The toddler (!) chairs in the caffeteria were really dirty and definitely not cleaned in a long time. The Zipline was broken - same as few months back, when we've been there.
