We rented a catamaran for one hour. The people are nice, but the quality of the gear was really bad. All 4 cleats on the boat were worn out and didn't stop the rope, we had to keep it in hand all through our ride. The main sail was not hooked at the top of the mast and I realised it when I tried to tie the cunningham and the sail fell a little, rather than tighten!! The only other catamaran of the club looked even worse and its stick was broken in the middle. The club also did not take into account the sail preference I had expressed, although they did not say why. We payed 50€ for one hour, I felt it was very expensive (especially given the state of their gear) but I don't really know the prices in Spain. But the staff of the club was nice... I went here last week on a school trip and i didn’t enjoy it. The manager (I assume) was what appeared to be irritated constantly and was barking orders at us constantly I do understand that it is difficult to deal with loads of children but this is something they should be prepared for. It was also quite disorganized with staff members constantly telling us to “go over there” and “come over here”. In the end it was an “alright” experience because it was reasonably fun but overall I didn’t enjoy it. I consider giving this place another try but with less people. Un fin de año especial. Your staff were incredibly helpful throughout, making sure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the session. A special thank you for being so kind when one of the girls wanted to return to shore. The way your team handled it, bringing her partner back out to join the group, was so thoughtful and much appreciated.
