Especially the lady who is a waitress there, is very nice, chatty when needed, but not annoying. We always come back there with pleasure. And ‘smalec with kiszone’ that we got as a free starter is soooo tasty. Top restaurant in the area. Dinner was nothing special. Just expensive. We often pass this restaurant on our travels between Torun and Drawsko Pomorski. Tonight we decided to stop in for food. It was a great choice! The food was delicious and our plates were completely empty when we were done. I had the steak and onions, with spinach, and homemade dumplings. Prices were reasonable, especially because everything tasted amazing! I don't think this place gets as much traffic as they deserve because of their location. Honestly, the best restaurant I have ever been to. The place was very quite and we were the only customer there. The lady who served us was lovely. I had a steak with onions top on it and it tasted pretty avarage. I wouldn't go there specifically but if you are traveling and you are desperate for food, This could be one of your destination to have a good feed. Beautiful place, everything tasty! The servers were very nice, they serve with a smile, make little jokes to lighten the mood and are very helpful. The food was wonderful - it tastes freshly made. The fries have a potato taste with a crispy outside and a soft inside, it is clear they aren't just regular fries. The chicken is nice, and the żurek is wonderful, the bread bowl is huge, I was sad I wasn't able to finish it (keep in mind that I have a small stomach and tend to not finish adult restaurant meals, a regular person would probably find the amount to be just right). Zamówiłam sałatkę cesarska. Zaczęłam jej jeść bez większego zachwytu ( byłam bardzo głodna bo jechaliśmy z Warszawy ) w połowie jedzenia zauważyłam brązowe zgniłe kawałki sałaty. Zaprzestałam konsumpcję. Zaproponowano mi w ramach rekompensaty kawę lub deser. Jednak tego już też się bałam :) Miejsce które daje zgniłe warzywa do sałatki jest dla mnie czymś naprawdę karygodnym. Za to obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Zaznaczam że nie oceniam jedzenia moich towarzyszy tylko to co niestety ja musiałam doświadczyć.
