Lovely lady on the phone was so kind and informative and sent back to us, free of charge, the contents of our car. First time here today. Can't complain was loaded and gone in half hour. The fork lift drivers are busy and watching a few cars being brought out let's just say there's not a lot of finesse about them..... Forklift drivers don’t care about cars, treat them like potatoes. Most of the cars I buy come with dents and scratches on bumper front and rear. Review of first purchase from Bristol Coparts a few weeks back. Generally was a good experience but let down by delivery. Easy to set up an account and bid on the app. Won and paid for quickly and easily. Added to my home address as couldn't collect but was hard to understand from app whether was included. Managed to cancel so had to call main office. Expected a nightmare to get through and sort but was all done in a few minutes so great service! Told would be up to 10 working days so wasn't expecting anything to happen for a while. 3 days later had automated text say will be next day. Nothing happened next day. Eventually had 3 texts stating next day with no happening. Good job I wasn't waiting around or took time off as that is really poor. Think its was after the 3rd day of expecting I had a message to say driver on his way. Great! Next text message a few hours later......".I have left your car 7 miles away, at the wrong house ( as I knocked on the door to me told they werent expecting a car! ). Nothing I can do, go collect it" ....WTF!! A call to the transport office and I was told it would all be sorted by the end of the day. By 4pm not heard anything so was making plans to go and retrieve it myself. Then at the 4.45pm get a call from driver to say hes outside with car which was correct house this time! Bristol used to be among the worst yards,but what a turn around, picked up a cat b range rover last week .Went in did the paperwork, came out and within 10 mins the car was loaded, well done 👏 to the staff.I used to be there 2 hours sometimes and then a 4 hour drive home nightmare Very dodgy they stolen the part of the cars Staff very nice and helpful get the car on the time of appointment to good 👍🏻 Unprofessional. Damaged vehicle before return . Refused to then pay to fix damage . Very bad company for caring for vehicles whilst still under your ownership Got a nice little bmw here and it's been great! Some front end damage that was easy to fix! Friendly staff and helpful, will come back again! 🛑🛑🛑Bristol Compound is the worst one. From my experience to sell things trough them . ⚠️The communication 0. ⚠️Value prices much less than comparable prices. ⚠️They inspection and diagnosis are crap this was for a good runner came up as the total scrap. ⚠️I wouldn’t recommend it even for my enemies.
