We had a really lovely visit here recently. Great value for money. Equipment suitable for all ages. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the lady that saw us in, I think she may have been the owner, but either way nothing seemed too much trouble. When the rain eventually stopped, and it was safe to do so, we ventured outside, it looks a lovely place to go when it's hot. A small pool area and lovely space to play. I would highly recommend. Will definitely be back. love it here, and if it makes the happy what more is there to say. been to a few decent parties there over time and they have all been well catered for and well looked after. Fabulous facility for all childrens ages. Plenty to do and keep them occupied. Very welcoming staff and inclusive of with additional needs. Very reasonable pricing and lovely hot food. Thanks and we can’t wait to come again Came here for a birthday party. My little one had fun and it's a good size soft play, but it wasn't the cleanest. The drop slide was blocked off during our visit, and for good reason because it looks like a death trap! There's also a minimum £5 limit to pay with a card for food and drinks. Great place for little ones and for parents to meet and relax with a coffee while play. And charging adults who don't even use the equipment, the food was awful, very greasy, tables wasn't cleaned while we were there, overall experience, BAD, never again. 1 plus, the 2 children who used the equipment did like it, but not the food. love it there. Plenty to do and good selection of food. The staff are always really friendly. Went there with grandkids, expensive, dirty, outdated. Today's experience was a little awful and my 2yr old was getting bashed about and left in tears by that looked about 10! . Older sat on top of the slide so baby couldn't get past them to use it, .. maybe someone working there should do random checks, so it dont ruin what should be a fun experience Hosted a last minute party here and it was perfect from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and helpful, my daughter was made to feel special and they even helped me out when I forgot birthday candles. I would highly recommend. My little grandson went to visit Very disappointed 😡 the little area was full of bigger playing they should not be in with the baby’s , the food was cooked so hard they couldn’t eat it , this place needs to look at the service they provide. 😡 Good space for children to burn off their energy The only soft play I’m willing to drive 1.5h for.
