My daughter had her birthday party. The were very friendly and helpful. The had a great and booking in and induction was smooth. Food provided for the was good quality and plenty full. Although my daughter had a great there for their Halloween event, the actual trampoline etc were good for her and she enjoyed it etc. I can not rate this place any higher than a star. The place absolutely stank of pee all over it, we sat upstairs watching over the trampolines and all you could smell was pee or a smell equivalent of it. it was filthy dirty everywhere. Food and mess just all over the floors. their lighting is terrible. As it was Halloween they tried keeping it dark in there which is expected but then when they did need to light it up their lights are way too bright, they should have low lighting on upstairs where people eat all the because we was all in the pitch black for ages, the ate their food in the dark. and it was just a miserable atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back there, innoflate was a far better place than this. Also the are a right scam, You must buy there they must wear their socks. There was in there barefoot! And just wearing normal etc. and no one did anything, so why must you buy their socks! Took my son and his friend, 1st coming, didnt book but was able to pay on entry, they are 1 hour slots and go from every hour as got there just before 2 and had to wait till 2. Wasnt sure if needed to stay with boys, but online said under 16 need to be supervised, however when got there sign on wall said 12 and over can be left unsupervised however they dont supervise them. When we got there was a bit loud, with music so couldn't hardly hear the person serving me. Want to busy however was a warmish day outside, boys seemed to enjoy it while I say and read my kindle and had an ice lolly, after boys got a slush £3.50 each they did have other drink options and food options skme seemed reasonably priced. Absolutely love taking my boy here. Always friendly and staff, never wait too long in the cafe for food. Also packages are decently priced. Had a 3rd birthday here yesterday, and my daughter had an absolute blast. overall were very accommodating and helpful. Only small niggle was that the were noticeably keen to 'move us along' - we had the room until quarter to, and at 20 to the were walking around binning the food while some were still eating. We also got asked to leave the trampolines just short of our allocated hour. Overall, had a fab and would recommend though. I had my son's birthday in such trampoline park just last weekend, the set up a special function room for and us to celebrate the birthday party, meanwhile all may have the permission to go into the site of trampoline to play, and the soft play as well. Highly recommended. I cannot thank Georgia and the other members of the team enough for our son's experience! They got everyone sorted quickly with wristbands and so they could begin jumping, and were able to rectify my mistake (thought I'd ordered chips, nuggets and pizza but had actually ordered the sandwich box package!) and upgrade the food to the right stuff! All the had a fab and were well and truly stuffed after jumping around to their hearts' content! Highly recommend a package here! Always good deals on in school holidays. Nice little cafe and viewing area for adults. Wears the out! Well staffed Had my son’s 3rd birthday today. Overall quite impressed with the & price. £150 for 10 children. My only gripe was with the food, although the lunch box had a fair amount of food, I was disappointed that the Ham & cheese sandwiches were only half a sandwich.. other than that, I couldn’t fault it. About 30 mins in, it did get very busy, seemed a little bit too full in my opinion. Not sure how the toilets were, so can’t really comment on cleanliness. But all in all, it was decent! Had a yesterday were very and everything went smoothly didn’t have no worries food was on and fresh always was informed by the host what was going on and keeping me updated with the line of the party. Staff were friendly and no trouble our host Ellie lovely girl chatty and friendly with the was there every question I had was great at keeping with all the plans and nothing was any trouble for her! Great host 5* for her. We always have a great at Jump in Newport - Very, very, very accommodating for Neurodivergent families / carers. If you bring paperwork, carers can bounce for free with who need additional support. We love this place and will keep returning. are so understanding as the young boy we care for can’t wear the wrist band or for sensory reasons and the completely understand this! Our favourite place for trampolining! so me and my twin sons visited on the 26/2/25 and even tho they had a fun time. I was very concerned about the amount of that were on the trampolines at one time. it's a major health n saftey risk! also the place stunk of sweat and dirty feet. also it could all do with a good clean especially the toliets! also they were people with shoes and normal on the play area and not one member of said anything to them. the safe were just stood around talking or in a world of there own. I didn't take my for food upstairs as there was no one serving and the cafe area was dirty too. I am disappointed in this has I said my boys love it here. so I think you need to sort things out before someone gets hurt or ends up seriously ill. Also viera was so friendly and too they made our brilliant definitely will be coming back My boys absolutely love coming to Jump, if there is anywhere in the world they could go they always choose jump.
