I prefer places with more piers/promenades/trails etc. for walking. Views are nice though and there are many spots for ice-cream, coffee and lunch nearby. It's a beautiful with nearby parking and a dart station. It also has a playground for kids. It's more stoney than sandy, but you can still play with a bucket and spade.
