Nice weather makes these pic look nicer 🩵 The cove is the more family friendly of the beaches in Greystones thanks to the gentle slope of the beach into the sea. The beach itself is pebble and unlike the south beachb which has a blue flag, there is no lifeguard. At high tide there are steps to the side which offer a good opportunity to dive in for kids. A beautiful cove with clear sea water perfect for a morning swim. Greystones is a very nice small town/village with a few very good restaurants and of course the happy pear. Its a nice walk along from the beach house restaurant where we parked and ate later, in between we walked along the sea, into the mainstreet and back to restaurant. Lovely safe place to with coffee shop nearby Great place to go for a sea swim. Early morning is best as you can catch the sunrise coming over the ocean if you time it right Great place for spend sometime with friends Just stunning on a sunny day to have a bit of chill out. Lots of people with dogs, swimming or on lunch breaks Lovely snug spot to bring the kids to enjoy the sea (where they can't run away too far) Have been swimming here a few years now. And its still is the only place to swim. We are so lucy to have this on our door steps. It’s just idyllic here. Great spot to dive off.
