That’s a gourmet place. I would include that in Gourmet Tours of Wicklow (if there is such a tour). Everything is soooo delicious. We got here on a really hot day. Relaxed in an outdoor seating under a tented roof. But the burgers were the star of the show!!! Totally coming here. I lack words to describe deliciousness. Sauces - garlic/cream, bacon jam with chipotle, and oriental cabbage - delish 🤤 and chips! So crispy and hot and just perfect, best chips ever! This place will make even burger-haters change their mind. Amazing; so far the best in Ireland. Not joking. No pay Review. Honestly amazing quality, taste and service. I recently visited The Big Boys on the recommendation of my husband and friends, and I must say, it did not disappoint! The burgers were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients that you could really taste in every bite. The environment was lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made the dining experience even better. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend The Big Boys to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be back! Amazing burgers and the chipotle bacon jam fries are next level! Have ordered here 3 times in the last two weeks, staff very pleasant to deal with and always easily approachable. It’s obvious they appreciate their customers. Overall solid 10/10. Epic food, chicken was flawless, chips best ive had in a while, garlic dip, they make themselves... These boys go the extra mile, nice work! This was a great find on our travels a night drive led to us finding this place. The prices can look daunting to some but its every penny the food is absolutely amazing and I hope to eat here again soon. The vegetarian options are fantastic here also. Great detail is paid to the preparation of the food and by the front of house staff. The Chipotle dip and garlic dips are a must here. Its located in past the gates of outdoor living. Was a little hard to find but was amazing. Absolutely phenomenal. We drove an hour to try this place and it was so it. The food was the tastiest around and the portions were very generous. I had the Buttermilk chicken burger. I honestly am lost for a way to describe how it was. Its the cirst time ive been lost fir eords when its come to food. Just go there and try it yourself. I found The Big Boys on Google maps while looking for somewhere to eat and decided to drive up from Wicklow town, we were not disappointed and it was the drive. Initially we thought we were in the wrong place as we only noticed outdoor living but finally noticed the small building off to the side. There is various outdoor seating if the weather is good and a few tables in a small room to the side of the establishment. The pork shoulder was and the chips were excellent as well, the rest of the family really enjoyed their selections and this was hands down the best takeaway we had in Wicklow during our break and possibly one of the best in the country. If we are in Wicklow again in the future we will definitely get food here. I also spoke to a local while waiting who said he drives down from Wicklow town weekly and he also thought it was some of the best food in Wicklow. Visited here for the first time today and was really impressed. The manager gave me a very warm welcome and some great recommendations, which made choosing from the menu much easier since there are so many tempting options. The food was absolutely — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. Portions were generous and great value for money. The service was friendly and efficient, and the whole place had a really nice, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. The location was super easy to find, and they have both outdoor and indoor seating, which was great. The food was absolutely — everything was fresh, and the bread was so soft and tasty. You can tell they really care about quality. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had recently. I’ll for sure be going back again! We had been meaning to go for ages and finally found the time. Brilliant team, very welcoming and more than happy to help with answering questions about the food they produce. Also adjusted the order to make sure we got the best value. The chicken was amazing, so many toppings. The chicken tenders were fabulous and the dips were tasty and not just mayo and ketchup. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit already.
