A very well decorated place with good atmosphere. I like that it is absolutely not loud and has a bit darker, quiet corners. Nice and easy-going staff, good food at good prices. Food was absolutely amazing. Only thing I’d change about the nachos and bacon and cheese chips, would be to have cheese sauce on them instead of grated cheese. Other than that it was unbelievable. Philly Cheesesteak was to die for. Good feed if you come here. Only complaint is our waitress(girl) was quite rude and didn’t check back with us. Lovely. Perfect meal after a hike. We had some bruschettas and soup (mushrooms with croutons, delicious!) and lemonades. Quenched the thirst and satisfied the hunger, when other places just stopped serving food. We had a cosy seat by the window and could watch people passing on the street, while being warm and safe. Staff nice and helpful. 5 star, 10/10 stop reading reviews and just come here you won't be disappointed. Myself and my wife are frequent stayers in druids glen resort which is 5 minutes away from here. We decided we'd try somewhere outside the hotel for a change and chose this place off of the reviews. From the outside it looks like your average Irish town / village bar and lounge. Even when you walk through the door it's deceptive. But the food. Guys, the food. Honestly the stuff in druids glen didn't hold a candle to food we had there tonight. It was unbelievable!! Truly you NEED to try this place. Its the definition of a hidden gem. I'll be telling everyone I know who stays in druids to give this place a try. 10/10 guys don't change a thing!! Lovely local pub. The waitress was very kind and friendly. Good place to come for a drink. We can’t rate the food because we are gluten intolerant and there were not many options. We stopped here on a whim after the place we were intending to visit was closed, and we're so happy that we came here! Everyone was very nice to us and the bartender was friendly and quick with her service! We only stopped here for a pint before heading to our next stop, but if you have more time in this area, stop at The Mount Kennedy Inn! First time here. Staff very friendly and helpful.
